Sounds like your not sunny working there. Would a promotion really put together things better for you? We all dislike to look for work but remember we are more employable when we are currently working than when we are not because the question that a modern employer will inevitably ask is why did you leave you feeble job? Ooh, I've be there. Don't right to be heard anything for awhile. Start looking for another job contained by your spare time. This way you can look at your hobby. I know it's tempting to dance in and quit but that's purely going to screw up your enthusiasm, not theirs. Have fun looking for the right job.
