Im currently employed in a trade, and resembling any trade you have your ups and downs, lately i've be in a down stage, so i've be looking for employment elsewhere, i know i have the characteristics of a polite employee, and know that i'll draw from hired, but the place i've been working at is domestic owned, been approached by a company that i know i can settle down and construct a carreer out of, work is more stable and secure and is salaried base, am having a difficult time making my mind, any suggestions would be great gratitude.

I am in a similar position right presently, and I can understand your loyalties to the company you are currently near. I have struggled beside this decision for 18 months presently because the owner of the company I work for was diagnosed near cancer and had to disappear for medical reasons for an extended time of year of time. What I have finally realize is that if he is truly a great person, and I believe he is, he will need me the best when I pursue other employment, because he understands the opportunity I am passing up or enjoy passed up to stay with him even though he have nothing else to bestow me. I only just got offered a available job as an infant teacher working beside typical children. My dilemma is that at my present job I one and only earn 10.69 an hour but have benefits, MANY salaried days off, and EXTREME flexibility from my boss. At the clean job, I would solely have 6 salaried holidays off a year, and would be earn 12.00 an hour, i would have benefits but not the flexibility that i currently hold. I am also currently continueing my education but at my present career i am not offered the opportunity to become a teacher.

A conversion might be nice, but honestly, if you need the flexible calendar, it would be safer to stay at the job you are in a minute. Nothing stinks worse than having to phone in to a unmarked job because your personal calendar (kids, emergencies, etc.) doesn't work near your work schedule!
