They said the primary reason for the termination is " Your daughter loves you to much" and they also threw within there that I own missed a few day of work but didnt put the accent on it (I had excused documented reason i.e. funerals, being sick etc). After thinking it over I go back to work following that day to go and get some answers and make some points within a tactful posture. They basically told me the primary idea was that when I be at the daycare my daughter was too dependent during the hours that I worked there and virtuous when I didnt work there. Although, she be needy I made sure to nick care of the other kids as much as I lug care of her. Other than that judgment, they said I did a good position but they never gave me any prior indication that they didnt similar to something. Is this a legal/valid reason for man fired?
