It is not glamourous or sexy when you go and get puked or pooped on, and no I am not making this up. But you can make people's lives better and generate a difference, and you are needed!

At 43 the personality should have a more faithful view of time and business, not idealized that "zap" you are successful. Regardless of the folks age, a serious large percentage of small business come to nothing.
Where I live a significant portion of the university's students are in the 30's and 40's, especially within the law institution. The only problem near starting a new careet at 43 is the time it take to get rotten the starting block, establish the business, and make plenty profit or salary to look forward to retiring. And who say you have to retire at a convinced age anyways.

I get a job at a phone call center for a TV company after my first shot at college didnt work. I started doing entry level tech support, very soon I do quality assuarnce and get nearly 40k a year without a amount which is pretty good for man 21. I recomend looking into a call center if one is around. They typically enjoy high atrrition so if you stick around at hand is a lot of potential.
Put some thought into things you approaching to do and enjoy and try your best to find a undertaking that includes most, if not adjectives of them.
