Unfortunately the Government also does this so obviously they can not tell other employer not to do it. I think it have to do with the number of Spanish speaking immigrant who do not take assistance of schooling in the US and that this is presently running through 4 generations.

It turns out that since I be unable to retribution for my medical insurance while I was past its sell-by date, the company I work for is keeping my next 3 paychecks. I am out of money and my mortgage is due amongst my other bills. Are their any other ways I can receive caught up short making myself go further into debt? Well, this is how my school works. We hold academies, I'm in Entrepreneurship, and sub-academies name strands, of which I'm in International Business and Marketing.
The problem is that over Spring Break I hold to do a career exploration treatise (inc. nature of work, conditions, stipend, education, etc) on it. I explained to him that Int. Business isn't a craft. You can't be an International Businesser, there are career under that such as exporter, etc. He say that my career is my strand and I can't be in motion below that.

Yeah! I started using the internet when I be 14. There is so much stuff you can do on the web efficiently, that people USED to do WITHOUT it! Without COMPUTERS, even! For example:
- writing any epic document
- finding an uncommon book
- finding anything that isn't sold locally
- penetrating for scholarships
- figure out how to deal beside a legal issue, close to how to do taxes, what the zoning laws are, who to contact if you want to register to vote, etc.
- spellcheck.
- researching, or even a moment ago finding out information on something you're curious about (I know in attendance are libraries, but it's just not as jammy. Remember about searchable card catalogs too-- MUCH more adjectives!)
- communicating with individuals in other countries

I am a full believer of Lifelong Learning. For me, it is a state of mind when you feel that you must upgrade your skills, acquaintance base throughout your vivacity. There is no boundary to acquiring scholarship. Some would like to interlace a course like Adult Ed whereas some close to to engage within self studies. It does not matter any way. What is lord is that your thirst for knowledge is unquenchable.
The factor that may prohibit one from pursuing Lifelong Learning may be varied and it is tied to your socioeconomic status. I am an Asian and frankly speaking the limiting factor for my countrymen are -- lack of funds, societal pressure to stick to a homemaker's role, controlled choices of courses, poor infrastructure (lack of well equipped libraries), poor literacy rate, poverty, no access to the internet . I guess you win the picture.
