They really don't show you how to cope with stress within the military. They let you amount that out on your own I guess. Just do your best at all times and next you can never regret anything. If things are getting really stressfull, just run a break. Personally, if something really ticks me off. I gotta give the name my parents if I can't leave or I pocket my car out and of late drive..But when those aren't options, you gotta gossip to someone you can trust and just explain yourself.
