I enjoy a large amount of HR experience (due to my self the manager of the hotel- and taking attention to detail of all HR duties). I am inclined to take an entry horizontal - do my time... any suggestions?

Many jobs individual give raise once a year, but if yours has a customary elevate at 3 months, and you've been doing a appropriate job, after I wouldn't see why not to expect one. But big raises are not usually handed out unless you catch a promotion or there is some other special circumstance. I'd voice a 3 month review-type raise would probably be no more than 5% or so. Just because you made more past doesn't mean you will generate more now. As for whether you should read aloud something, maybe, but complaining would not be professional. Perhaps outline why you perceive you deserve a raise, and don't simply complain that you didn't. It may even be better to go nearly this before you know whether you are getting a lift so it doesn't just nouns like you're react to bad word.
