No! I am doing the same point. I recently get off busy duty army and I am finishing up my schooling. Your resume should not list date anyways. It should be compiled of bullets under heading. There should be no reason a potential employer would know that you worked at the precinct unless you tell them. Also, most college students enjoy college student jobs ie. waiting table, fast food, clothing stores, etc...
I would not even put that on a resume. Of course you would put it on an application though.
