Question:
iv just be let be in motion from my job and looked-for to know the best time to start claiming job seekers allowance, can i purely go to the mission centre and claim my allowance? uk just please thanks within advance

Answer:
Hi you can start your claim straight away but you wont attain any money for 2 weeks. You can go contained by or just phone the number you can get hold of off the chore center website. If you go within a centre close at hand you you will only enjoy to use there phones and sometimes it loud and you cant hear the being on the other end, So do it at home. Just vote to the person you are discussion to that you have a moment ago been agree to go from your profession and that you wish to claim career seekers. Then they will ask you a few questions enjoy your national insurance number ready if you own it as they will likley ask you for it. They will then hand over you a date and a time and you will have to be within your house on this date and the times you have be given as a person will ring you to be in motion through more things, after you have spoken to this human being you will then own to wait a time or to, and then you gain a letter of adjectives the questions the personality asked you on the phone and then you must stir through them and make any change and then convey it back. There should be a memo in the pack you return with and it should tell you to travel and see your advisor and take your P45,if you own got it spinal column and very importantly your mound details which can be used as another form of ID like your address, but they can gain it when you do, and you need a proof of address. They may hand over you a form to fill within about why you vanished you job, but this will be fine. Then you will find a book with your hours of daylight and time you need to travel and sign on every two weeks. There they will also make you a jobseekers agreement that you hold to stick to or your money get stops. It in recent times what your going to do to find work and the type of work your looking for. Then you will sign a bit of paper and your money will be contained by your bank 3 days after you enjoy signed that piece of paper.
Depending on what age you are depends on what you receive.

18-24 is lb45.50
24-35 i think is lb53.50 i dont know the rest.

Also you will enjoy a review very 13 weeks if you havent found work to renew your agreement. and next after 6 months you will start newdeal.

But if you find work all you do it sign rotten which you do with the little book near a sperate card book inside. They will tell you what to do if you find work .

Hope this help

Go to the above link
yes turn asap as you will be waiting a few weeks before you grasp an appointment never mind any money.

the website is rubbish as they dont update it often. you are best to travel in personage.
you have a computer...deal in that - and dont 'ponce' off of the rest of us surrounded by the u.kgo get another errand...dont hang around - in that are lots of jobs out in that!!
You have to own been out of work for 26 days...or is that 26 weeks...!? I can't remember, sorry.

You only need to turn to the job basis and they'll talk you adjectives through it. It's a rubbish amount, about lb40 per week, and you call for to go and "sign on" respectively week/fortnight and show proof that you've been looking for work etc. And if they find you a chore, you'll have to transport it, or you'll lose your money. I think it's far easier to look for work yourself, you'll probably find a duty much quicker than it would take for you to be granted JSA anyway, cos at hand is definitely a waiting length before they'll settle out.
depends on what circumstances your job finished.dont expect any money for 3/4 week.26 week if theres not a obedient reason for have no job.turn straight away,or you'll lose money, good luck
if your employer have let you progress or sacked you next you should claim jsa straight away. if you resigned then you will not be capable of claim right away if you do not have righteous cause for departing.
the going rate at the minute is lb45. but if you are part of a couple you will enjoy to do it joint. produce a claim right away coz it can take a few weeks for them to sort it out they are useless down nearby lol.
if you got the sack you can claim jsa straight away but if you be made redudant you will have to continue 6 weeks before you start getting money from jsa

if i be you i would goto job center 1st piece in the morning to sign on and start looking for a bright job

polite luck in the hunt for a up to date job
Sorry to hear you've lost your profession. You should go to your jobcentre and ask for a job-seekers allowance form. Fill it out and return it to them, you will consequently be given an appointment to see a benefit advisor, who will go through the form beside you. They will tell you what to do from later on. You could even be able to claim rates back that you've compensated in your previous position, it depends on you allowance level and how much you've rewarded.

A tip for help beside any debts you may have, contact your creditor explaining you've basically lost your job and donate them a monthly amount you can realistically afford to pay. Many companies are completely good if you recount them straight away and will be willing to work near you.
No you can't just progress down to the job middle to claim - the priliminary claim is made over the 'phone, (look up Benefits in 'phone book) later they give you a time and date to run to the job nucleus, where you'll hold to fill within forms.

The one women is my supervisor hates me and I despise her, she contastly micromanges me makes no stab to communicate with me and cuts me out of adjectives the perks of the errand like expensive dinners beside clients. Other people surrounded by the office I hold befriended because they can`t bear this women. The women is 2nd in command to my other boss and also does the lions share of his work for the part. I know I am not long for the job started sending out resume looking at graduate conservatory. I want to leave on my own expressions not theres, is a call to HR worth while to document what have happened? I know I am anyone railroaded, however the errand is a trainee postion with countless other competiors that would measure me up.

Answer:
Why stay in a chore you hate? Life is too short. If you own countless competitors that would scoop you up after leave. It sounds approaching you're in sale of some sort (based on job perk you describe) Over half of adjectives sales nouns is based on attitude. So, donate and go to a place you'll be content you'll do better and promotions will come sooner.
sounds like a place to depart...but if you want to leave contained by a professional, courteous manner...

1. thank whoever for the recitation review and ask for meeting to discuss it

2. prepare for that congregation, by listing the areas where on earth you suck (don't get heartfelt, just chronicle what the performance review says) and create little achievement plans to address each one. this is call being proactive.

3. contained by that meeting, share the inventory and ask the boss to agree by initialing each nouns. (this is important, because you want to be sure that they don't spring some other bullsh*t complaint latter on)

3a. ask the boss for specific ways that you can improve surrounded by the area. manufacture it sound close to you are seeking advice and assistance. be sure to write down exactly what they suggest (without attitude).

4. pilfer a copy of the meeting to HR and ask them to place it surrounded by your personnel file. convey them that this development plan is central to your professional development and you hope it will show the company that you are interested contained by being the best member of staff you can.

4. send the email, keeping a copy (and don't hold on to it on company equipment, please...)

throw up if all of this made you in poor health, and then turn out and find a better job. adjectives of this legwork shows new employer that you are a potentially good hand because you have a) shown initiative to turn a glum situation around, b) worked proactively to improve manners, and c) have it on report.

good luck and work on that attitude...

Explain any risks involved surrounded by self-employment for the individual?

Question:
Can you please help me as this is my assignment
thank you every1

Answer:
No remunerated time off, thus it's thoroughly hard to clutch holidays!
No company pension classification
No 'perks' that employed people find, such as subsidised healthcare, cafeteria etc etc
Lack of motivation, no support network, no-one to natter to at work etc
Extra administrative burden, namely having to hold accounts and pay an accountant to do your tariff
Tendency to work longer hours than employed people because you go and get paid single for the work you do

Thus the risks are largely financial, but there are also those that relate to ability of life. (The flexibility of working hours can also be a upright thing though)
You don't own the same employment rights as an member of staff...

Meaning, anyone paying you to contract with them can enunciate bye bye, and there's little that you can argue with.

You enjoy a responsibility to ensure your taxes are correct, rather than it falling on another company who would give somebody a lift the fall if it be wrong...
Be careful on taxes-- getting a 1099 vs a W2 really screw people up because most self employeed don't recover money in respectively paycheck for taxes...where as W2 its taken out for you

Thats the biggest risk when the company is up and going

Other risks... risk of person sued...
business risk, is your indusrty exempt from cyclical or economic turns? competition risk... and even internal personal company risk (employee breaking and entering, knowledge leak etc)
being self employed, you simply don't have a regular earnings -- your earnings for the month is pretty much depends on how powerfully you (andyour business did). but ebc you control themoney, you can actually "take" more than what you should from your business as your income, which isn't good for the business.
also, your risks are pretty much unlimited. unlike surrounded by a corporation here liabilities of the company is constrained to the actual assets of the company, if you are set-up as a sole proprietorship, then your liability to all your stakeholders extend up to your own personal belongings. literally no check.
also as self-employed, you do not have vacation -- if you don't work, then you don't earn anything
If you don't stay over your marketing, you'll lose business. And you're your own HR department. And you have to pay envelope your own health insurance. And you can't do what you love to do because you're too mired in paperwork for the federal and state government. There's more paperwork than you can ever imagine. Then there's the money issue. Many ancestors don't have ample to keep a business going nor reward themselves. And of course, you don't hold corporate sponsorship to help you out.

It's intricate, and takes like mad of time management making sure adjectives your ducks are in a row.
The prevalent risk for self-employment for the individual is that they are sloely liable for any debts incurred by that buiness. That means that should the business jump under, they own to pay the debts and could lose their personal possessions such as home, sports car and any other assets.
the risk is that if you do not calculate our maintain the inland revenue of your earnings it can gain very expensive. the rest is up to your own personal drive and the solitary risk is failure.

its okay worth paying an accountant to keep lying on things. as long as your day books are kept surrounded by order

Can your career put together you stay passed your planned time?

Question:
For example; im scheduled 4am to 10am. I enjoy a choice whether i want to stay later or not right?

Answer:
yes i stay unpunctually all the time cos i love it !
Sure, nobody can MAKE you do anything. They a moment ago don't have to verbs providing you employment if you don't stay.
past
depends. If your work is done you can set off, if not you can still check out of, but you will loose favor with your boss for not anyone a dedicated member of staff.
get yourself a federation
Your job can't MAKE you stay, but you run the risk of self fired if you don't comply. :~(
Most places do not put it in the member of staff handbook that you must work over your planned time. Though, some do, so you should check or talk near your HR person. If you are asked to stay and never do, it may look doomed to failure on you at your review time, as not a team player, so newly keep that contained by mind.
you can chose to stay later (but you may not get hold of paid for it if they do not call for you and you cannot justify that you expert something during that window), but they cannot make you stay w/o paying you (its a bit of a catch-22)..

of late CYA and make sure that if you stay that it's beneficial to both party so that you get $$$ for it..
hmmm. Depends where on earth you work. If you have to stay unsettled because someone else is late, next the best answer is to punch them in the frontage!
In the U.S., not really. I mean, they can't force you to stay (that's slavery), but they can kind it a condition of your job that occassional or even regular overtime is required. Although it looks similar to yours isn't even overtime, as you're only working 6 hours. If you don't comply, they'll purely fire you. Note, of course, that they own to pay you for any extra hours worked, and they may hold to pay overtime if you travel over 8 hours/day. That last depends on what state you are surrounded by, as in some states you simply get overtime for going over 40 hours per week.

If you own a schedulign conflict, talk to your supervisor and ask if the extra time is requisite, or if there is some other instrument for you to do the extra work.
Not exactly, you may need to look at your hand handbook or opportunity description if you have on. Most companies append a little statement something like being required to stay following if the need should arrise. though if you do not close to it how hard is ti to find another commission
It really depends what type of job you enjoy and whether you are considered management or not.

Most manager will stay at work as long as it takes to acquire the job done. If you are an hourly member of staff (and especially one in a union), later you normally work your planned hours and get overtime for extra work.
the companies more than potential have a "policy" that the organization don't always see--they usually pass it to u on hiring--and there are little underhand rules in their policy that could require u to stay subsequently than normal
make a difference if you are salaried or hourly. if salaried, they can require you to stay. if hourly, they can also if they pay you for it. however if you enjoy a union, and i dont believe you do, you could lug it up with them. most places dont require hourly population to stay over. if hourly and they make you stay over and not repay you, then i would read aloud something. for me,not a good place to wurk. however cunsider how tricky good job are to find today. if you love the job, afterwards you could give a clittle.
The means of access I look at it is, they really can't make you stay, but they sure can trade name you wish you would own stayed.
I worked at different plants throughout my career and plentiful of the places had the dexterity to make you stay up to 12 hrs.
If your nouns did not come to work, you couldn't leave until they be able to attain someone else to take your place.
The company have the right to produce a product or service, if you're leaving will receive it difficult or impossible for them to do business then they can brand name you stay. This includes large international companies near unions too.
So if you settle on to leave, you are putting your situation in jeopardy. If you don't approaching or want your job after go ahead and quit. Someone else will pocket the job.
It depends on the law in your state. Most imagined no, you don't have a choice if they enlighten you that you have to stay. All the law usually say is that they hold to pay you time and a partially for all time over 40 hours per week that you work, assuming you a main source of income and not salaried. If you're salaried, then you're really screwed because you don't even obtain the time-and-a-half.

Most companies I've worked for have workers sign a form upon hiring stating that the job may involve mandatory overtime.

If you really don't want to stay and they won't release you, you own a choice of either accepting it, quitting on the spot, or you might freshly clock out, go home and hope they don't do anything. That sometimes works at my post, but you run the risk of getting written up or fired.

Is it possible to win a brief at age 12? if so, what mission?

Question:

Answer:
Due to child labor laws, you'd hold to get job like babysitting, dog walking, rake leaves, helping out around the house, etc. It's not very steady and usually doesn't wage a lot, but it's something!
Personally, I don't construe any 12 year old should own a job beyond household chores and academy work. Twelve is so young, why would you want to do anything but own fun? Jobs can wait until you're at lowest 16.
babysitting is about adjectives you can do. that's what I did.
i don't know I'm trying to find out the same entry, hi my name is elvie-France I'm 13, what brand of a job are you looking for??
Babysitting is correct, beneath us child labor law you enjoy to be 15 to work, unless it's a family owned business. It's supposed to be your house running the business but I found one that would take me contained by and it worked out great.
What's your neighborhood like? I have a couple jobs at eleven years antediluvian. They were patio work sorts of jobs- lawn mower, wood chopper, weed puller, etc. Old general public who don't like/can't go out within the sun often delight in paying teens to do some odd job around the house.
Hi! Boy, am I glad you asked!
1. At twelve, the perfect duty is to start your own small company. Do not buy any "opportunities". Do NOT go to any websites for survey or other so-called work! (You will enjoy data dumped into your computer, you are too young at heart to understand or consent to the language and conditions, and have no experience to draw upon. Even the pros have to sort out the desperate guys from the worse).
Dig IDEAS up out of your own mind. Look at your own talents, like and dislikes. Ask yourself what is the thing you similar to the **Best About** the thing you like), and consider that as one of the things you can do. Get together near your friends or family almost what talents respectively of you have, and, together, brainstorm concept of how to use your talents. No view is silly--all ideas should be totally unfold to discussion (you never know where a silly view will lead). Evaluate what your true resources are (youth and a huge supply of energy, masses multi-talented, young, animated friends, a supportive family that will comfort you sort things out and make them work, academy counselors, the WWW, your or a friend's computer for printing needs, the Service Corps Of Retired Executivesyou win the idea!).
2. READ Napoleon Hill's "Think, and Grow Rich", a small, small big book that, for copious years, (millionaires and other wealthy--read; happy) people own sworn by.
3. Follow the instructions in the book. When you're elder, you will see huge results from the effort, both contained by what started as your little company, and your life.
Someone said, "Go as far as you can see, and when you attain there, you will be capable of see further."
Good luck!
Cleaning, kitchenwork, packing, running errands, gardening, babysitting, newspaper confinement are some of the jobs available. These job will be posted in local the media and billboards. More details are available at http://tinyurl.com/nma5d

i lost my paycheck, i work for a small ski nouns. What do i do?

Question:
hi all, i 15 years weak, and teach snowboarding course at a small ski area contained by maine. I got my paycheck looked at it and later put it in my pack. went out to educate the actual lesson and came posterior, packed up and go home. looked where i put the check and it wasnt within.?!

Answer:
Search again thoroughly in your pod - it's probably in near and you have to lift everything out to make sure you haven't overlooked it.

If after that, you're absolute the check is missing, notify your employer. Tell them the check is lost or stolen and ask them to stop payment on the check and reissue you a replacement check. They may be annoyed, they may complain that it costs them money to do this, but if the check is truly lost or stolen, this will protect you AND them.

After that, sign up for direct deposit of your retribution to a bank picture.
talk to your boss nearly placing a stop payment on your check, it will cost them $20 or more, so be all set to pay that stern to your employeer, and hopefully they won't take too long issueing you a unsullied check
Go to the center of the ski lodge, or whoever cuts your check, and tell them that you lost it. Ask them to quash the check and make you a investigational one. It's that simple, really.
Report immediately to the principal, bringing with you affidavit of lost contained by such a way that I will be replaced surrounded by lieu of the lost one. It's risky especially if you signed it at the back wherein encashment by second fĂȘte is possible.
Go to your boss he will put a stop payment on it and issue you a clean one

Will anyone hire me if i involve past its sell-by date 2 weeks plus 2 days for my marriage subsequent year?

Question:
i want to find a new post but i need this stale for my out of town wedding and honeymoon surrounded by europe. it's in June of 08.

Answer:
Most of the employer I have delt beside over the years are willing if you detail them upfront at the interview and up till then you enjoy had a honest attendence record.
specifically a long way off- purely find a job and afterwards when it gets to be a couple months out mention it to them- if you start a unmarked job immediately you should earn a week's vacation by subsequent year and then you can probably win another week off in need pay or by using sick days. worse comes to worse you own to quit your job past the wedding.
That is a year away, so you should hold vacation time by next. But once hired it would be best to let them know right away. They will probably enlighten you it is to early to request that time sour, just remember to request the time past its sell-by date next January.
Hi! I've be on both sides of the situation so I might be able to dispense you some good counsel. In the past, when interviewing a human being for a job...as long as the entity was up front roughly speaking this, and the date was far satisfactory away to plan for someone to do your job while you are gone, after it never was a problem. Giving a potential employer as much finance notice as possible will gain you much more respect than waiting until it's almost time. And it also depends on the type of mission you get. Even after speaking in the region of this in the interview, I'd still reccomend writing a short minute saying that you own requested the 2 weeks off and be totally specific about the date...this might not always be vital, but it will definitely protect you surrounded by the future if nearby has be a change within management or the creature forgets and tries to say that they didn't know ahead of time. Unfortunately, this does appear! Most potential employers will realize how noteworthy a wedding is...one of the most momentous milestones in your duration...and as long as they know ahead of time...and this is plenty of advance make out...then they shouldn't own a problem with this at adjectives. Oh yeah, CONGRATULATIONS! and best wishes for you and your fiance'! How exciting and I don't know were you live but, I dream of that you are very excited going on for spending your honeymoon in Europe! (let me know if you obligation someone to carry your luggage! lol) Good luck and hope you find a great post too!
Are you kidding sure ,,,,,,,,I took a chore two months ago and i let my employer know that im getting married soon i didnt administer them a date as im not reall sure of the date .good luck
