Take a career planning class that have lots of tests to support you sort your interests. My favorite is the Myers/Briggs personality index, but the interest inventory is great too. My educationalist held these exercises where you bid on what things you needed in your duration. I easily get the items I wanted because other those are less interested contained by them.

I'll buck the system here. I influence list it. Honesty is the best policy. Don't use the word fired though. Use something close to "Terminated for cause" or something like that. Be prepared to explain it but don't try to screen it. Everybody has a desperate day and I don`t know you just have a bad time at work that day. As you know your collar bone is broken, as you stated it in your sound out, which means you own spoken to a doctor, I am sure you are asking the question because you are curious roughly other people鈥檚 experience who have suffered a approaching injury.
I have instinctively not had this injury however my brother did, and beside that in mind my answer is:
The first month is really meaningful for the bone to set again, so do not lift anything, stay as immobile as possible.
After the first month you can start to move around more, but you will still not know how to lift anything.
After two months you should really start to strengthen the arm, it have been out of use for a while immediately so it will be very shaky, take it SLOW. Physiotherapy is a pious idea.
37 lbs is profusely to lift, and you do not want to re-injure the arm so I would influence you will be out for at least two months.
