i used to work 3p.m till 1a.m shift to bed and wake at midday and similar to you start all over agian at work, did this 6 days a week for 12 years! it be good but afterwards i had kids and vanished the job and be suprised how long the day last and surpisingly boring!
having worked night myself i know that it is hard to acquire into a day calendar for a couple of days and go final to work on nights. another tough point is when your friends and family haven't worked night so they don't get how tough it is. if it is at adjectives possible i recommend you move to a day mission. there own also been condition effects on those who work nights.

You inevitability to go to the doctor, you may want some vitamins to have more force. When I work nights, I usually wake up up at 2pm then I shift to school.
When I stir up at 8:00 pm is because I feel depressed, I hope is not like with you.
Go to the doctor, you are loosing your social life span and you might be depressed. If you can change your post, don't think just about it twice, is your health!.
