Question:Alright.. so we've become pretty desperate in this quest. My dad lost his situation back surrounded by february.. he filed for dismissal both those checks have presently ended. He be working in sale with a trade show company for heaps years and was making a especially livable salary. Now, I'm afriad that he won't grasp into some kind of livelihood to make something. My mom can't support the clan for too much longer. P.S.- I'm 21, I have two other sisters 27 and 15.. one and only the 15 yr old lives near my parents. Had a temp job awhile backbone. Most of the time I was stocking soda at a grocery store. The other time I be filing disks at a software company. It be okay as I needed some extra cash. I also answered your other put somebody through the mill...but didnt mention that I am a temp. I am in the accounts receivable dept so I do that plus admin. I do not want to be a temp forever...im sure not a soul does, but it has worked out for me while contained by school. For example I lately interviewed with this voluminous mortgage firm, if they choose to not hire me fine, but if they don't even give me the courtesy of a call for they can forget about me ever going through them for a mortgage when that time comes.

First off you aren't owed a ring back after an interview if they do one it's a courtesy. Good grief if they did 100 interviews do you infer they have time to ring up all of them? They treat my receptionist approaching the hired help. That won't go and get them anywhere with me. She tell them to fill out an application, that's me discussion - me, the screening/hiring authority. You treat her like dirt and I can hear it from my organization.
Did I say I work at a training facility where on earth at least once a week I enjoy to tell an employer that (a) no, that human being never attended our institution or (b) no, that person never worked here - we don't know who she is.

Yes, you are eligible for 'family medical leave' but you too have need of to understand that while you are gone, your coworkers are picking up extra to cover you. Also, due to budgetary restrictions, your position probably cannot be chock-full because you are still shown on the books. I am persuaded you would agree that 5 months is a long time for your employer to hold your job. Do you know when you will be capable of return? Perhaps if you called your employer and told them you necessitate 2 more weeks, they may be understanding. If not, you sure can reapply for your position once you are released from your physician.
