I purely got the post because I spent alot of time preparing for the IV's. I had going on for 6 IV's for this job and they be really hard so I'm glad the thorny work paid sour.
The book is called Good Answers to tough interview question, or something to that effect. It cost me lb10 but I'm sure you can borrow from library if that works better
If you are nervous, you must prepare very well. That way, the question don't come as a shock and stress you at the interview. Practice makes spotless. Get a friend to ask you the questions so you know what it feel like and how it comes out of your mouth.
You might have a feeling stupid practicing with your friend but believe me, it's worth it if you bring a job that lead on to better things in energy. Soon you won't feel so strange beside the practice, and you will become good at it and it will show within the IV room

Make sure you do your research on the firm, find out if there are subdivision of the magic circle.
Find out any most modern news on firm and their company values. Think of question, if possible, which stem from the information that you own fouind out about them. This shows you enjoy done your research and are interested in the company not simply the role.
They will want to know about your time command skills and how you prioritise etc in a immensely fast pace environments. Lawyers and the law firms are especially fast pace and demanding so you need to know how to manage your time etc effectively.
