I once get as far as second interview before they looked at my CV for long satisfactory to realise that I wasn't a graduate, a pre-requisite that they had vague anywhere in the artistic advert or in the first interview. They next looked at me as though I'd been trying to defraud them or something.

So if I don't give the "right" answer to some stupid pointless press like "provide me an example of a time when you handled something badly" consequently I don't even get to see the guy who desires to employ me.
There be one interview once where the HR personality asked me about my skills at managing a troop. I said that I had no guidance experience. I even elaborated on it, explaining a moment or two about my current role and what it entail i.e. working alone and reporting to one person.

Same answer - I own no management experience. Another space.

This utter nonsense go on for a long time using just almost everything in the thesaurus beforehand I lost patience and told her that I have no management experience however she phrased the cross-question, and asked her if this was important to the role I was interviewing for.

Depends where on earth you are geographically and who the employer is. In general I deduce employers display these distance learning university as a good effortm, but it will never compare to someone who did the 4-year college experience.
BUT, see who your competition is for the work you want. If the competition is generally dignified school grads near no other education, next a distance learning level would make you stand out and work to your good thing.
Another option would be to pilfer these distance learning classes from a existing, accredited, university and I don`t know mix it up with in-person classes. Depending on your state at hand could be some good college that offer this (i.e. Penn State).

I would certainly deem this would be the case. Employers similar to to see training on a resume. With pursuing further education, an applicant demonstrates bonafide interest within a specific field. However, at the same time they would also have a preference a candidate that have a qualification from the open university over someone that stopped their background at gcse/a-levels.

I hold looked for 4 years and finaly found something :) I tried the survey and read email thing, but never made much at it and put deeply of time into answering all these surveys and some required you to complete two of the offer before you could catch paid anything.
