Why won't the boutiques hire me?!?

I'm 18 and I want more than anything to get a opening at a clothing boutique but NO ONE WILL HIRE ME! Year after year I make a resume and run to a bunch of different stores wearing a nice outfit that is professional and I buy stuff contained by the store before hand them my resume and implying that I am indeed interested contained by a job near. It's always like peas in a pod thing, I offer them the hours I'm available, my resume too, they say "ok gratefulness we'll call you" and they NEVER DO! I really don't know what I'm doing wrong but this happen many times to me every year. Why won't anyone hire me? How can I win a job and impress them?

Well, first bad, I wouldn't shop there THEN mitt in the resume. It looks close to you went shopping afterwards thought "Oh, I think I'll apply here too while I'm here!" Very cheesy. If you must shop near, do it after you dropped off the resume, that channel, it makes you look more similar to "I just dropped past its sell-by date my resume, but since I'm already here, I might as well shop". Or better all the same, don't shop at all while you are on "business".
Being one and only 18, your years and years of applying are generally just about 2 years. Not a long time, especially for someone next to no experience (I'm guessing here).
Another thing to purloin in to considerationare the store's you want to work within hiring?? Any business can take applications whenever they want. But if they aren't hiring, the likelihood of them calling you for an interview are slim. Why bother interviewing people for a position that's not even unambiguous.
Also, are you conducting follow ups on your applications? It never hurts to call them and ask "I turned surrounded by a resume/ application two weeks ago and was basically wondering the status". That will also get you set for wanting a job, but with the sole purpose do it once. Any more than that, and they'll start to think you're annoying and won't want to send for you.
Another thing to construe about...apply at other locations too, not basically your favorite store. That way, you won't draw from your hopes up of being hired at basically one store. You can always turn down offer, or accept one grant while waiting for another.
You're still young. Expect to be turned down for deficiency of experience. You don't always acquire what you want in life span, especially with job.
You don't need to shop formerly you hand your resume, that make it look like applying near them is an after thought, not the most important piece on your mind.

You should markedly wear a business jacket, your outfit sounded a little apathetic to me. To be honest I really wouldn't care give or take a few what other people wore...everyone is different and I wear alot of different things here at my work and I enjoy to dress up everyday M-F and I always wear bright colors within the spring & summer and then capris and anything and then contained by the winter wear different types of boots adn like grey and black ants next to different shirts.. but business attire is always something i.e. not slutty or revealing...I always prefer terribly noticeable but consequently again casual at matching time..I always like to be noticed at work and enjoy compliments but at the same time i want population to be like capably thats very cute how she have that on or how she is wearing that..
You were correct to wear the black/white/grey matter. Although some businesses will allow more color, an interview is not a place to play with them. Instead you should show that you know how to wear the "standard" and once you procure the job you can find out what else you can wear (for example my place allows jeans and a tshirt but I didn't wear that to the interview).
In standard for females, knee length suit skirts, jacket, pants, button down shirts and black, not fancy, shoes are considered proper.

Stay on the safe side for the interviews. Then, once you enjoy the job, wear colorful clothing. For the interviews, stick to black, convoy blue, grey, tan, etc.

You be correct to go conservative, even if it is "boring." You want to look more professional than stylish. You should wear a skirt to some extent than pants (not too short, of course).

And will expect you to be paid the same sacrifice he makes for his epic salary for the meager take-home pay you earn. The upside is as long as you work hard your position will be protected but you probably won't advance.
