Look, George Bush got degree from both Yale and Harvard and do you think he ever did adequate work to get more than a C-, unless daddy remunerated off the professor? GPA matter but it really depends on the job you are applying for. As far as I know they weigh it on your interview and credentials. Some companies would ask for your transcript but unsophisticatedly they don't just remains it on your GPA. Work experience is very prominent and your references too. Your GPA is not that fruitless.
