can the police achieve involved beside ebay?
Question:
like scam and when people dont distribute you a product you brought
Answer:
they could, but highly doubt they would
you can without doubt file a report...
They can. Better choice may be Better Business .
When I be at college, a guy in the dorms be arrested for selling computers on Ebay and then never shipping them. He soaked some buyers for thousands of dollars.
it would be better to wallet a complaint with the BBB or Consumer Protection Agency.
If it crosses state lines it'd be federal.
Yes,oodles stolen good are sold on Ebay,a burglary ring be just busted here North of Denver a few weeks ago where on earth many items they stole be sold on Ebay.
You can also file a report at the police station contained by the district where you bought the item, specifically why it is safer to buy from U.S. sellers.
Although I hold bought items from Canada with no problem.
Yes they do. I have someone scam and I contacted the police in the city where on earth the person lived and they arrested that being because they had scammed other society as well. So if you be scammed by someone on Ebay just contact the police department where on earth they live ( if you know ) and file a complaint. Keep any emails or anything that soul has sent you. It will oblige the police.
Yes but it depends on the amount of money or value of the product. It also depends on the law in your state. It could be a civil business, small claims. I hope it was not a sizeable amount of money you have lost.
Contact e-bay. They enjoy a department that handles scam.
In order to win the police involved, it would take alot of foot work, finding out their "true location, true name and their true addy's.
It would cost alot of time and money, and I have be there myself, and know too okay the feeling of getting ripped rotten from dead beat on ebay.
You really have to research the retailer alot befor you buy from them.Look at there feedback rating and even email a few of their bygone auction winners to see if it adjectives went resourcefully with their buying experience. You can also wallet a complaint with ebay something like the seller lower than fraud investigation but in the close it doesn't help much to report to you the truth.I suggest that from now on you take-home pay with payapl and filch advantage of their insurasnce they proffer. It costs a little but if you do not obtain the product and you have salaried for it with paypal 99% of the time you will achieve a full refund.
How do you traffic near sexual discrimination surrounded by the workplace?
Question:
I'm pretty sure my boss is sexually harassing me. He talks to me contained by a very unprofessional demeanour all the time, as within saying stuff in the order of my chest and asking me about my sex enthusiasm and talking roughly his. I don't respond to his questions, unsurprisingly..it makes me terribly uncomfortable that he dialogue like that surrounded by front of me. I usually just totter away and i'm pretty sure I get red within the face because I don't know how to respond to it. Lately, he's be degrading me in other ways, too. I be supposed to get a promotion and he turned it down and i'm pretty sure it's because I don't play his little games. What I want to know is how to matter with this sort of situation. I'm tired of going to work and idea so uncomfortable. What can you do to embezzle care of a problem approaching this and still have your brief?
Answer:
First, tell him to please stop his behavior. Then run, don't put your foot, to your HR department and report this creep. If you don't have an HR department, contact your local Department of Fair Employment and Housing. There should be a poster surrounded by your workplace, near the other officially recognized postings (usually near a timeclock or hand entrance) that has the DFEH contact info.
What he is doing is wrong. It is called "hostile environment" singling out. If he retaliates against you for complaining about him, specifically illegal, too. If he denied you a promotion because you didn't play along, i.e. called "quid pro quo" ("this for that") annoyance and is much more serious than the hostile environment type.
If he is doing this to you, chances are he is doing it to others. The one and only way to stop family like this is for relations like you come forward and profile a formal complaint. Please do this as soon as possible.
Take care, ok?
Check your company's sexual aggravation policy, and arrange a meeting next to The human resources dept. and HIS boss
Your boss talking in the order of your body, talking in the region of your sex life, his sex vivacity or anyone elses sex life is clearly sexual nuisance. Go to his boss and if that does not get you anywhere step to HR. Your boss is a jerk and also foolish because he should own the sense to realize he's jeapoardizing his own job near his behavior.
You should report him or something. You should record him and report him.
Do what be said in the first two answers plus document everything that have gone on. Include times and dates. Get the dissertation trail started and it will follow him where ever he go.
Contact your HR department right now. If they do not do something IMMEDIATELY you can sue them. Trust me. If they do not fix the problem, contact an attorney ASAP. You will win.
I judge the first thing you should do is arrange a seminar with your boss and bring in it clear that you do not want to engage surrounded by anymore of his off-color discussions. It might be a good model to bring a mini tape recorder and sign out it in your pocket so that you hold evidence that you did in reality verbally ask him to stop. I come up with at this point he will wise up totally quickly and not bother you anymore as he know how serious this sort of thing is. However, if he does not you in a minute have evidence that you told him to stop and you should later report this to your HR department. I would avoid involving any lawyers at adjectives costs, despite the fact you would own a strong case. The defence for this is because although you may be entitled to do this, it will be on court records that can be checked by any adjectives employers. Although you own done nothing wrong, some companies may "fear" you and sticky label you as a high risk (albeit unfairly). The bottom strip is that I am fairly enduring if you confront him and ask him to stop I believe that will scare him plenty to do so. I hope for your sake that it does and I wish you the best of luck beside resolving this situation.
how long and how much $ does it filch to become a barber?

All States require barbers, cosmetologists, and most other personal appearance workers, beside the exception of shampooers, to be licensed; however, qualifications for a license ebb and flow by State. Generally, a person must own graduated from a State-licensed barber or cosmetology institution and be at least 16 years elderly. A few States require applicants to pass a physical nouns. Some States require graduation from high academy, while others require as little as an eighth-grade education. In a few States, the completion of an apprenticeship can substitute for graduation from a institution, but very few barbers or cosmetologists cram their skills in this means of access. Applicants for a license usually are required to pass a written assessment and demonstrate an ability to execute basic barbering or cosmetology services.
Some States hold reciprocity agreements that allow licensed barbers and cosmetologists to obtain a license contained by a different State without superfluous formal training. Such agreements are uncommon, however, and most States do not authorize training or licenses obtain from a different State. Consequently, persons who longing to work in a individual State should review the laws of that State earlier entering a training program.
Public and private vocational schools volunteer daytime or evening classes in barbering and cosmetology. Full-time programs within barbering and cosmetology usually last 9 to 24 months, but training for manicurists and pedicurists, skin caution specialists, and electrologists requires significantly less time. An apprenticeship program can final from 1 to 3 years. Shampooers generally do not want formal training or a license. Formal training programs include classroom study, demonstrations, and practical work. Students study the basic services—cutting and styling pelt, chemically treating hair, shaving customers, and giving tresses and scalp treatments—and, under supervision, practice on customers contained by school clinics. Students attend lectures on the use and precision of instruments, sanitation and hygiene, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and the recognition of simple skin ailments. Instruction also is provided contained by communication, sales, and broad business practices. Experienced barbers and cosmetologists may take advanced courses within hairstyling, coloring, the sale and service of wig and hairpieces, and sales and marketing.
After graduate from a training program, students can take a State license examination, which consists of a written exam and, in some cases, a practical question paper of styling skills based on established recitation criteria. A few States include an oral examination contained by which applicants are asked to explain the procedures they are following while taking the practical test. In lots States, cosmetology training may be credited toward a barbering license, and vice versa. A few States combine the two licenses into one hairstyling license.
For details on State license requirements and approved barber or cosmetology schools, contact the State boards of barber or cosmetology examiners surrounded by your State.
What technique can be used by a mediator to motivate his/her personnel?
Question:
Can the employee impact the supervisor/higher smooth executives? If so, how?
Answer:
Recognition and equal opportunity. Find out if some desire additional responsibilities and contract out, it shows trust. If they are not interested in that, find out what motivates them.
Of course the hand can impact the higher height executives! I was an Administrator for H.R. for 5 years, I trained 3 of my bosses and the CEO and Vice President of the company have total trust in me and regularly came to me near requests before they approached my bosses. I developed a exceedingly good relationship beside executive management and they frequently asked for my input on heaps issues. Yes, they took my ideas and incorporated them into policy that superior areas of work conditions for the employees. As far as those that be under me surrounded by level, I know each one by term and acknowledged them as individuals, the same as I would the government, it really motivated them to be proud to work at the establishment. They felt resembling part of it, not purely a worker who goes un-noticed.
Recogniton... general public would rather win a pat on the back once within a while then win a raise. Simple praise works great.
Do EVERYTHING exactly OPPOSITE of this dude name Leo at La Capitol Federal Credit Union. If you do exactly opposite of him contained by everything you do, your employees will be extremely motivated.
ignite candid suggestions from the employees themselves on how the work environment can be enhanced - and act on them.
smiling employees are productive workers.
money talks, so you can work bonuses into a logical productivity expectation. also be creative with rewards, close to dressing down, extended lunch times, and special parking spaces.
of course, don't forget to out loud acknowledge every good challenge and job ably done. people might respond surrounded by a humble way, but the praise will put together them happy.
A wish many happy returns to in lieu of raise? Public flogging of execs!
One way is incentives. Most folks work a little harder knowing that they may attain something in the shutting down like a bonus or elevate. Another way is appreciation of an employee's work (ie: Employee of the Month awards). Just recognizing someone's pains goes a long instrument.
As far as employees impacting execs and supes...if an hand does what is told by the superior, the superior will have a better reputation near his/her superiors. The opposite also holds true. If an member of staff is not capable of doing their work or disobedient to the superior, the superior is labeled as incompetent and can't control his/her staff. The impact of both situations are great when you're trying to move up within your career or trying to hang on to your job.
Absolutely body impact the supervisor!! If you hired them, it's a reflection of you. If they don't do a apt job, the buck stops next to you.
Some techniques to motivate your personnel:
Positive reinforcement!
Let them embezzle ownership of a whole project instead of one small part of a set.
Ask them their opinions and afterwards use their ideas and net them feel noteworthy and a part of a troop.
Find out what would be the ultimate reward, next give them a bonus base on that.
Make sure you're available and non-threatening so they won't be afraid to come to you when they have question.
Make sure your instructions are clear and that they know exactly what's expected of them.
There are lots more, but I've run out of time...
What are your reaction on the minimum wage increase.?
Question:
some pros and cons of wage increase
Answer:
Not influenced. I have a position where I label great money. Havent made minimum wage ever. That's why it's important to retribution attention, and do well contained by school.
Good remuneration for good not easy work, why should there be a imperative for that.
Regardless of what Min. wage is, you can't make ends touch on it. But this is good, it motivates general public to do things with their lives that are more productive than flippin' burgers or waitin' table. I do know people that choose to not do more, but they live smaller amount than paycheck to paycheck and occasionally do things that are illegal to go and get the material things they want. What happen when the physical ability to get something done physical labor runs out? How much money will you have save for your retirement? How will you live?
Minimum wage is a joke. If you look within the general facilitate wanted subsection of the paper, adjectives jobs are resourcefully over the minimum wage. I believe that minimum wage is stupid. All it does is keep the wages lower when contained by reality the opening market should set the price. I.E. if not a soul applies then the wage is to low to attract the right nominee for the job.
I believe it is long overdue and increases should come surrounded by more regular intervals. However, this could hurt small local businesses that may employ teenagers at low wages. They presently have to come up near the extra revenue to cover the raises, possibly resulting surrounded by loss of jobs.
How unyielding is it for a woman to prove herself contained by a occupation within architecture?
Question:
Answer:
Certainly no more difficult than in other field where males hold dominated. I have just known around four architects personally, but they tend to be a bit less chauvinistic than the common population of professional men.
You do good work, you seize accepted & renowned by peers.
Its as simple as any other stream. Women architects are showing much more progress now.
More and more women are choosing this profession. As near many career, you may notice a few problems next to the older social group. I actually have a professor (now retired) tell our architecture design studio we have to get used to the hypothesis of women in the corral now when we have a woman guest lecturer. It be totally ridiculous, as over half the class be female. There are copious all feminine firms. As long as you love what you do, and are good at it, you will know how to prove yourself as easily as contained by any other profession.
I own a phone interview today, any tips?
Question:
The interview is for HP. It will last around 40 minutes, have any one got any tips they would approaching to share?
Answer:
have the situation description, a copy of the application you filled out, your CV and some prepared answers of question they will probably ask in front of you. also product sure you are locked away in a rather room with no distractions.
Dress up as a chicken...that agency if you don't get it,you will enjoy the satisfaction that get one over them!
Be informal and friendly. They will ask you to give some examples of the work you enjoy done. EG when have you be put under pressure. How would you descibe yourself contained by 3 words? Above all though, they simply want to see what makes you tick- to see if you will fit contained by with the rest of the troop on a social level etc. Try not to nouns too rehearsed, just be friendly.
Good luck! Its never as fruitless as you think it is!
answer the phone.. flawless luck
Relax
Be yourself
Do not hesitate too long if asked a interrogate
If you like keep hold of your eyes focused somewhere like a plant. That will abet also.
--That Cheeky Lad
Be prepared for this question: Describe yourself contained by three words. I hate that give somebody the third degree. I was once tempt to say 'Really-Very-Drunk'
Make sure you know as much info just about the company as possible (know what they are about and what they want to achive etc). I work contained by IT recruitment and we other tell our candidate to think of their biggest success that they have made to date (these are the things that make one candidate stand out from another). They will probably ask the broad things like - what would you bring to the company, what skills you'v get, why you want to work for that particular company. A cell phone interview will probably be fairly nonspecific but you need to trade name sure you sell yourself surrounded by order to bring a face to obverse interview. Hope this helps a bit. flawless luck :)
Hey.. jus to add to ya tips!
- Just articulate clear and slow. Talking slow is good as you enjoy time inb/w to think. And they wont knwo u are lost near the answer
- Keep a tender upright smile on your obverse. It will reflect on ur voice.
- REMEMBER everytime you want to enunciate 'umm' while u think to answer.. in recent times say "AND" instead. Makes deeply of difference and the dotn feel that u are confursed , within case you are.
All pious wishes.. terri
You should sit in your undies, you will be more relaxed that agency. Also turn every thing sour around you otherwise you will be distracted.
I too recently have a phone interview, and one thing I would suggest is sourcing on the lattice as much info as you can i.e. that they are owned by Heinz etc. Also any free literature you can get from the company would be insightful also.
When on the phone remember to lift your voice and also change your crude register (so if you have a adjectives voice go difficult, higher voice stir lower. To paraphrase "phone a friend" to practice, until you are comfortable.
When answering avoid negative and "reactive" answers - that is yes or no. Don't blab on and if you are unsure re-phrase the ask into your own words and speak from an area you are comfortable, and also do not take off empty nouns.
Last of all remember your breathing, by pace your answers and formulating your thoughts, this should keep your breathing even and inaudible, try not to nouns as if you are self-abusing while taking the call it may be slightly bad putting for the interviewer, unless they offer you their personal number.
Good Luck
I guess the main article to remember is that they can't see you and therefore can't see your body verbal skill and this is a major instrument of communicating. Therefore, remember to speak clearly and compensate for body language by really SOUNDING enthusiastic, etc next to lots of inflections in your voice. Good luck!
Put them on speaker phone- You will own the upperhand!
Be yourself.

A personal tip to you: All through the phone interview keep a smile on your facade! And keep your answers "upbeat" and positive. And never "bash" prior employer or prior jobs. And don't as anything nearly salary and benefits.
LOL! :-)
Actually smile when on the phone. It sounds silly but it effects the tone of your voice and how you nouns to the other person.
Stand/sit surrounded by front of a mirror and keep smiling. If asked what type of individual you are drop the word 'warm' into your description of yourself.
I have conducted hundreds of these. The out-and-out key article is to sound interested, speak clearly, don't vote "um" every two seconds, own a couple of pertinent questions primed and do a little bit of prep on the company as a courtesy - the number of relatives who barely even know who they were applying to! I could write a book. Good luck.
Don't use mouthwash its a spend of time.
Speak clear
Sound cheerful, don't sound dull and calm
Don't get distracted
Unless here is a distance issue, I would demand a legitimate interview. People say things on the phone they wouldn't dare utter to your face and it is harder for you to construct a good indentation. If they are seriously considering you for the job, they can pilfer the time to see you personally. An interview is an opportunity for you to cram about the company too, you hold a right to do that in individual. If they are a company worth working for they will respect you for demanding a real interview.
ask the phone what job it has have in olden times and can it spesk when spoken to,sorted easy innit..
Build rapport! I've single ever had one valid telephone interview and this is switch, especially for sales roles (but you want to be selling yourself anyway). Ask the interviewer how they are. This is better than wise saying that you are warm/friendly - it demonstrates it. If the interviewer is in another city than ask how the weather is at their closing. These are just plain manners and will hopefully fit within naturally but don't try and force them surrounded by. In my phone interview I was first call on my mobile but I then offered that they can phone my landline which saves them money and more reliable/better nouns. It demonstrates being handy, proactive, initiative etc and when they call on the other strip then it's intrinsically a warmer greeting cos you've already be talking.
If the question are the usual 'tell me about a time where on earth...' then grant some answers from work and some from personal life to show that you can work sturdy but do have a go.
Keep a 2 way conversation. When asked for an example consequently answer with "How almost the time that I did..." allowing the interviewer to ask for more details. If giving a long answer then go a brief pause contained by the middle to allow the interviewer to make acknowledge noises eg. "aha" "yep" "step on".
Finally just ask the interviewer for clarification on what they are looking for if you are unsure almost anything.
And good luck!
own everything you think you may be asked written down, speack clearly and slowly, if you are not sure next ask again...don,t be nervous and righteous luck
have chalice cold water subsequent to you to get rid of that inevitable frog that will lodge surrounded by your throat, the minute your interview begins.
http://interview-preparation.blogspot.co...
do the interview lower than a different/fake name. consequently jot down the question they ask you. then ring back as yourself (after preparing your answers) and do excellently!
Make sure you know what time they will send for you.
15 minutes before the telephone, set yourself up somewhere quiet and comfortable next to a glass of marine, paper, pen etc.
Really research the company - HP's website is massively good and focus on the nouns you'll be working in. Make sure you've received a available job description in finance.
Be bright, cheerful and friendly - it's less formal than a face-to-face, but formulate sure you are just as polite.
Ensure that you've some pertinent question up your sleeve about the role, the adjectives of the role, department, product line etc.
As it's HP, DO NOT mention spying, phone rhythm, privacy issues etc ;-)
I've had a few cell phone interview interviews for graduate schemes beside Alliance and Leicester, Barclays, Powergen etc.
Key: Research the company as much as possible!
Make sure you know about ALL aspects of the company not one and only the position you have applied for.
Consider why you are the best competitor for the position
Go over your written application and look at the questions they asked and how you responded.
Speak clearly and concisely, as they look at a oral and communication skills at this stage
A little tip that help me was to sit at the laptop with their website on.If you catch stick on 'What there mission statement or aim is' you can quickly and discreetly click to find the answer.!
Good Luck and Relax
Be unmoved, clear and consise, don't blather, and don't do it nude, they always know.
Prepare yourself for question like
how would/have you resolved a problem at work
how would/have you used your initiative
how do you rate youself as a squad worker...give example
Basically they will be asking you for deeply of examples, remember your best qualities and enjoy them prepared a few different ways so as they could be applied to more than one answer. It's not a trick interview and that 40 minutes will fly byhave lots of things written down to prompt yourself, relax, smile and be yourself...the job is yours already...Good Luck
Yes,
Keep the career description in front of you.
Keep the company profile within front of you.
Keep a glass of hose with you.
Keep your CV contained by front of you.
Before you attend the call, contest the job role near your cv and write down some examples of it in a quality newspaper.
They will ask you some examples so be prepared. Like they will ask you how worked as a team.
Smile when you phone call. Read a joke book so that within is a smile when you call.
These general public want to see how you behave. Always stand up while calling. If you have cordless work on that.
Go thru you CV and see how you fit their requirements.
Listen to them very well before answering. If not clear ask them again.
Don't stir beating something like the bush if you don't know.
Best of luck

Is it permissible for employer to dock wage when short 80 hours but not wage for overtime?
Question:
Answer:
To pay or not to money overtime depends on your job classification whether it is exempt or non-exempt from overtime. You should ask your human resources department more or less your job.
If you are not getting overtime for hours worked within excess of 40, then it is assumed that your post class is non-exempt. Non-exempt employees receive a pay and is not hourly paid. If you receive no overtime next you shouldnt be docked when your work hours fall short of 80. Exempt body are usually paid base on getting a job done and not on how long you are at that situation. Sometimes you may have to work past due to get your situation done causing you to work more hours. You shouldnt be compensated for overtime in that luggage. Non-exempt employees are usually job where they do indistinguishable thing everyday (eg: league jobs). They are not usually working overtime, but when they do they recieve overtime. Hence, if you clock out before your time your hand has the right to dock your compensate.
If you are an exempt employee (salaried, non - hourly) you are unable to overtime. Did you miss a day's work or were you 15 minutes behind?

and spend the other $500,000 paying bad the fine for putting a monument of myself in the local park.

Do all of the cliche stuff - go in professional organizations, volunteer, workout regularly outside the home (at some cheap or free gym). Find and bond a job query focus or networking group.
This other stuff will purloin your mind off the investigate for a little while at most minuscule and will help your look into (networking & getting/staying in shape) and after it will be easier to go backbone to the job force out grind.
I fully understand your situation as I too own been seeking work for many months. I be able to collect benefits for the first 6 months, but presently I'm totally on my own.
One way I found to cope is to sign up near a temp agency. You do not need to discharge out money for them to find you work. Depending on your set of skills, you should be able to catch a little work, which other helps to re-boost your confidence.
While you are opportunity hunting, now's a great time to do more work around the house. Try to finish those projects you have be putting off. As a previous poster suggested, do some volunteer work, associate a gym, something to keep from becoming lax.
Everyone's situation is different, and we should not mediator someone because we think they are not going nearly the job scour the way we would. The stress is tremendous, and until someone is certainly in this situation, it's sturdy to put oneself in the others shoes.
I hope this help and you are able to find work soon!
I own to say you can't cope beside being jobless you enjoy to keep looking it may get hold of hard and it may appear that you may never find one, but you will find one with surrounded by time.

There was this one time I call a residence, and the guy was in reality in the middle of an emergency beside his wife. He had merely called for an ambulance for his wife so thought my christen was from the paramedics. I feel like a complete insensitive prick(not that I have one). Completely unloved it ever since.
I hope yours will be a good experience. Best of luck within it. Just be extremely hyper and you'll get the commission. And dont forget to carry your ego next to you -otherwise you'll die of misery from the rest.
(I really do hate the places! And I cant salt away it. Sorry)
You do get breaks. Depends on who you are going to work for, they can be alot of fun. You carry to meet alot of nation on the phone and at the call center.
I did, for around half a year. It be great fun! I lost my faith within mankind, but my colleagues were cool!
I worked for a phone call center for about 9 months.
Sure it be inbound, but we still had sale quotas to meet... I didn't discern it was appropriate to try to trade something that didn't fill a entail to a customer that just call because their bill was too lofty... It didn't make sense to me.
The one entity I struggled with be that when people phone customer service- they aren't calling because they're happy. Something happen that has them adjectives kinds of pissed, and it's YOUR blame, and YOU had better fix it, if not!!... or at least that's how abundantly of the callers see it, and that's how they treat you.
A word roughly breaks-- legally, adjectives employers are required to endow with employees a break if they work for 4 consecutive hours or more the treat with contempt is when high name volume and your "scheduled" break coincide. The supervisor will want you to keep working because there's abundantly of callers waiting, when you've already be on the phones for 3 hours
You get breaks but you usually enjoy to meet target, including keeping time between calls to a minimum.. and depending on the place adjectives sorts of arbitrary annoying crap... anyway, I worked at one and it sucked but there are worse job and you can be with moral people. You'll bring back tired of talking and getting salaried too little to pretend you're happy adjectives day to a bunch of strangers, most of whom treat you beside no respect whatsoever...
well, u shud hav the right to own 15 mins break in the morning and 15 mins within the afternoon if you work FT i e 40hrs/wk. Depending on the amount of calls and no of staff, the mngr will prob not resembling that. Ppl grow nasty and these breaks hav to be organised. Mngrs usually, specially if they are objectionable and incompetent, will just not allow these breaks. I worked for a gridiron suppor, a call mainstay, yes for 4 yrs and busted my back as the breks be very difficult to be allweda t alike time that the stress of the calls be unbearable. It is ok to work for a call upon centre for 1 or 2 yrs of late to gain some exprience but i wouldn't contemplate a career.
Its adjectives about what you spawn of ityou're sitting down all time.they train you and give you most of the aid you need to button any type of call that comes contained by...It just get boring to me, but I had friends that be getting awards and being branded and being tops salesperson, it feel good when you receive awards and sometimes bonuses. It pays very well...you can get overtime holidays is double time "most companies" some places income for your schoolinggreat benefits...I say Go For It! not single do you get breaksyou gain 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 min lunchsome places give you an hour lunch
its an trouble-free job as long as you dont consent to the callers catch to you (some can be rude). of course you get hold of breaks! its not something i would recommend long-term (years) as you can start to feel similar to a battery hen. but for a while this type of work is fun, easy and pretty suitable money.
i have worked within call centre and every one is different. Can be stressfull if you are in customer service but also a correct laugh. you should seize 2 15min breaks by law unless it states otherwise surrounded by your contract. mainly time flies as it can find really busy but i enjoyed working contained by call centre.
that's were i am a short time ago now - its brain destroying, beside verbal mishandle from customers and targets to be met and its a opportunity you either antipathy or enjoy, mine is OK its money at the ending of the week and as for breaks you get 15 mins break working 7 hours a sunshine. and Ive been doing this for 12 years and i own sales and marketing degree, finance diploma etc, you have to be fundamentally hard hearted and gummy skinned to survive the back stabbing. since ive be with this company 2 years nearby have be a constant turnover in staff.
