There a waste of time, most work on a commision bonus coordination which is impossible to achieve and involve ringing folk beside surveys and selling stuff.
No one makes any money within these jobs and they own a VERY high turn over of staff because no-one sticks it for more than two weeks.
They rob on anyone (no offence intended towards yourself) who applies irrelevant of experience or certificate because they know it's the only means of access there gonna grasp staff.
If it were to do near customer service (i.e Microsoft or food company help line) they other make it totally clear from the outset as they do not want to get mistaken for give the name centers of the other nature.
