I'm pretty much impossible to tell apart way. I have a 9-5 job for a couple years, even though I wasn't much of a morning party. I just forced myself to do it. I found going away the curtains open so that the sun come in and hit me contained by the morning helped me take up. Cloudy days were other hard. I used to look for almost any excuse to not step into work, but eventually just give up and hopped in the shower everyday. I of late forced myself to change my programme. After awhile of getting up at 7am it got a bit easier waking up and going to bed untimely. Stopped drinking Mountain Dew completely. Currently looking for another 8-5 job after doing a 2nd shift living for awhile.

If you sue them for vilification you have to obtain a lawyer and even if you can prove it and win they could simply claim bankruptcy and after you'd be left beside a huge lawyers bill.
