I hear ya... I also have ADD and work as an organization manager. There are some days I cannot stay focused for the duration of me (hello, I'm at work and answering questions on Yahoo). Other days I can stay focused and in reality snap at people when they bother me because I'm so focused. Really, it's newly finding a way to stay focused on getting your project done and sticking to it. If it's appropriate, you might try listen to music through headphones to shut out some distractions.
