i used to work as a contractor for a company. That means I invoice them for my hours worked and they rate me based on that. I haven't get paid for my closing week of work with them. I sent them email few times and they didn't even answer me. That be about 3 months ago. I quit that livelihood and got another work. So how do I seize back that money? Have I wait too long? I think it doesn't issue because I am entitled to that money no matter how long I loaf for it.
I don't know if I should sue them but I was thinking it'd be too much of a hassle for a week's pay envelope. Is there anyone who can facilitate me with this? Can I report this to employment controller or something like that so that I can get hold of some help? I am contained by Sydney, Australia.

Firstly you're right, you will need to prove you worked that week. Do you own any receipts from the location? That's a tough decision. No one can really put in the picture you what career is best for you. You could other try one and if you're not happy near it switch careers - it's not adjectives that uncommon for general public to start out in one job and then evolution because it wasn't what they thought.

What are your interests? Nursing has pretty flexible hours, you work 3-4 12 hour shifts and are bad the rest of the week. Would you rather be out trying to protect nation or healing them when someone couldn't protect them?
