The help to my degree be the emphasis on writing and communication along next to strong problem solving skills. Also the knowledge I hold of group dynamics has be invaluable. The shortcomings for me have be in the areas of budget and accounting. I own had to swot that on my own and at times still struggle with it. So if I have to do it again, I would get equal degree but whip more accounting and finance classes.
I am a NAI, 51 yrs. feeble., 97 lbs and the proud owner of a construction & remodeling company. I have be to college twice, community colleges 3 times, traveled extensively on a buy out conversion team for the corp. I worked for and very soon, I work doing what I do and I LOVE it. I wish that I have thought I could make it surrounded by this industry alot sooner in my vivacity. I do everything from building docks out into the ocean to putting on roofing materials on 2 story homes. I also carry to design bathrooms and kitchens for some of my homeowners. The money is ok

Which trade earn more and is more agreeable? Ultrasound Tech or Physical Therapist?

I realize the two careers are markedly different and I have looked at both job extensively, including the school needed to take there, but I am at a standstill between the two. I'd love to hear from Ultrasound Techs and Physical Therapists to hear your lift. I've looked up average salaries for both positions, but I know that it depends on where on earth you work, what your specialty is, and how much experience you have. It seem that Physical Therapy requires more school (for a DPT) and pays in the region of the same as an Ultrasound Tech. Opinions?

Right in a minute US techs are making good money because they are surrounded by high constraint. However, they are a technician, therefore they will hit their ceiling occupation very hasty. Meanwhile, PTs can go on to managment, supervisors and leadership...especially if they earn an MBA. So, ultimately, the US tech is right now making well-mannered money, but this could change intensely rapidly. Furthermore, what happen if a technology better than US comes out...now your undertaking is obsolete...
I don't doubt that it's a hugely enjoyable opening...especially those who perform sonograms...but I'm sure it have it's ups and downs such as being on call for...but even PT has its ups and downs.
Physical psychotherapy, in the meantime, is projected to continually grow. The nurture changes to assemble the new demands...thus, there is no threat of it becoming "obsolete..."
PT and US may get hold of paid similar in a minute, but the earning and profession potential with PT will move about much further

Hmmmmm, sounds like you soak up working with citizens on a personal level, and to be capable of bring them pleasure within the medical grazing land.
Just speaking from experience, I'd have to choose PT because you're helping culture by bringing a joy and assistance to regain something they lost... or at the drastically least, tutor them how to adapt to their go changing event.
This is something that can furnish you and your patient a lifetime of memories. Also, on the financial side will come opportunity whereas people will compensate you very, tremendously well to donate them private sessions in their rescue or efforts.
This is something you can't do as an UT. But as a PT, you can effortlessly adapt a PT program outside the clinic, and surrounded by a patient/client's home environment.
