If she is such an older faithful member of staff its not like she is stealing its more approaching she trusted the customer. You must live in a small town for her to do something close to that. See if she at least wrote up something that say the customer owes the money. Or was this adjectives verbal? it would be really ashamed to agree to her go near one year left for retirement.

Since she's worked there so long, it would be nice for you to supply her the option of getting the item subsidise or paying for it herself. Chances are she was probably snowed over by the customer into letting him hold the item. The guy probably sweet talked his process into taking it and took advantage of your hand. That doesn't mean it isn't still wrong, but find out adjectives the facts first. Give your employee some option. She probably has seniority over most of your other body so give her a accident to fix the situation.

I would recommend khakis instead of jeans. Your shirt should be something appropriate enough (no clevage showing, not too much skin showing, etc.). I be always told wager on in illustrious school (on-the-job training class) that if the company wear jean, then you should wear khaki, if they wear business unflappable, then you wear suit.
The point is, other wear 1 level better than the company's employees.

I used to enjoy tons of downtime too. I am presuming that you are in an department job because you own access to a computer. Why not learn more give or take a few what you do. Just for example because I was a word processor, I would try to find on-line several tips and tricks, review some procedures that I was not too comfortable with etc. I would swot more about Excel or PowerPoint, photo shop. I would even move about to grammar sites, can't know adequate about language rules, you get the picture. Funny point, after reading articles about reliable procedures, I would end up using them or find easier ways to do the things I be already doing. Of course you get tired of that too. You would not be offered a job if they did not deduce you would make money. There are two larger girls at "my" club, and they variety as much money as the other dancers.
If the club is open during the year, ask to start on the daytime shift. There will be way smaller amount people and you will enjoy the opportunity to build up your confidence.
