How do you become a pilot?

Question:
I've always wondered how someone become a pilot (not that I want to become one - I hate flying) but what route would you requirement to take? Science point? Or how?!

Answer:
Well, u need a scinence level and then u can embezzle classes like collage. You can work for as long as you want until you are comfotbale. Then you hold to be assured my the goverment that you can be a pilot. Right then you are a pilot.
be in motion to a flying school and take-home pay big bucks and learn to fly a Friend of mine did it and merely took a year to get her licence
You can try joining the Air Force or possibly the Army. Otherwise you have to earnings to do your private pilots license and then public/commercial license (just resembling a driving test). You do need to know some science, but they edify it on the flying course. It can be expensive unless you join the military!
You purloin classes for it. Almost anyone can become one. You will study the books, swot up about the engines, and jump up with an instructor. It does cost moderately a bit. After so much time or flight miles and with the instructors written statement, resembling you get for your drivers license, you can consequently get a pilots license. For commercial pilots it would diverge though, those I am not sure of.
learn to fly a plane
You stipulation a heap of brass that you simply blow away in a couple of weeks research to fly.
Once you pass your testing, you can now fly anywhere you similar to during the day and surrounded by nice weather so long as you dont charge any of your passengers money.
If you want to fly at hours of darkness or in unpromising weather you have to blow more currency on more tests.
If you want to fly a plane beside more than one engine you have to blow more lolly.
Now if you want to fly for a living you need a COMMERCIAL pilots licence.
You guessed it, it involves blowing even more brass and taking more tests.
Now you enjoy your CPL, you want to fly an airliner, NO CHANCE. you now requirement to BLOW even more cash on an ATPL or airline transport pilots licence,
So unless you are really really rich or get a rich Dad FORGETT IT because even when you have passed adjectives the tests and get all the paperwork you can join up the Q of unemployed pilots.
I forgott to make the addition of, all your test expire mor often than your MOT and you want to renew them all round the clockMORE CASH.
There are two routes...military or civilian. Getting a slot within the military is pretty competitive, but once you are in, you take to fly some neat things a bit quickly as long as you don't rinse out out. Going the civilian route takes seriously of money and time to build the hours you need if you want to fly jet. First, you have to catch your private that is 35 to 40 hours of flight time (depending on the considerate of program you are in), pass a flight interview, written test, and oral exam. Next, most people progress for their instrument rating, which is one of the most demanding programs...this one allows you to fly in impossible weather basically. After 250 hours, you can dance for your commercial license, which allows you to fly for hire. Then, most people progress for their instructor certificate consequently instrument instructor certificate to grasp additional hours. After satisfactory hours, a lot of folks instruct and to charter flights. At 1200 hours, you can go for your ATP license, the PhD of adjectives licenses. For respectively license, you also need to outdo a medical - class 3 for private, class 2 for commercial, and class 1 for ATP.
I hope this helps.
i consider you will look good as a pilot hun!! but if you be one i would have to be one so i could hold your mitt on take past its sell-by date lol xx
hun can i borrow mario pls??
My friends son qualified at BA flying school contained by Scotland, came top. Then he could not get hold of a job, immediately works in an bureau.
youd have 2 draw from very suitable grades at school and a science level and playing a few flying games does help
You hold to get repetitive training and to be capable of know the route. It's quite knotty because you have to spend over 10,000 hours surrounded by the air(piloting)and to be able to remember adjectives the buttons but if you can get that down it's pretty glib!
Just last year, i be chasing my dream to become one. due to the recent climate of terrorism, and the economical climate as well, Airlines hold sort of stopped the sponsorship scheme. Ie BA, Virgin, etc.
I be going to one of the best flight schools contained by the United Kingdom, and was expected to fund (by my self) lb80,000. so explicitly one way, explicitly a full price of training up with training up within USA, which is also a cheaper way to shift.
But really the routes are:
1. Get a full medical check up costing over lb400 by CAA.
And then once you endorse you can go:
2. Sponsorship - through airlines, this is a serious rat see, and that ALL spaces are given to the best candidate, ie, already get flying experience and medical, grades of A-Level - there is a huge amount of pressure here though, as the airlines are expecting you to intervene meaning that they are paying for you!
3. Self funding - Like me can cost upto anything lb80,000!
4. Through a chore (liek self funding but you are earning whilst learning) - You wages for a Private Licence, and take teh instructor rating this after will allow you to teach fellow pilots and obtain paid for it, and this is giving you free flying hours surrounded by the expense of the trainee pilot!

There are many other routes approaching the army/raf, but really you need to miss the Medical before you can touch the controls of a Boeing or Airbus!
My boyfriend flies for BA - and have done for the last 4 years - and past that with cityflyer.

He started his craft by flying for the RAF Gliding School. He became an instructor which does help out if you want to go into commerical flying. Apart from he flew fairly small airplanes - vigilants.

To become a commercial pilot - you do not need a scope - my boyfriend has not be to university - but he did study maths and physics for A-Level (which might have helped).

He combined the Oxford Flying school - but he have to pay for his own agency - which is TRES expensive. But if an airline will sponsor you - then it does give support to!

It takes a few years to complete adjectives the training - learning more or less the plane, engines etc. Once complete and you pass you will hold a pilots licence - for 2 engined planes. It might take more training if you want to revise to fly a jumbo - with 4 engines.

Then adjectives you need to do is apply to airline companies and hope for the best.
It can be greatly simpler. You need A level to get a commission surrounded by the RAF, then you jump through a selection process. If you ratify, you start your basic officer training and afterwards train to become a pilot. Of course in attendance are many other ways as i'm sure you immediately know
First , you must be a Muslim fanatic and enrol contained by a 'Take Off Only' course..!
I am becoming a pilot (hopefully), i have done my gcses, and nearly completed my a-levels, and presently going to uni in september, you stipulation to pick a course for uni that allows you to train to become a pilot, you need the ppl, next the cpl, then atpl
ppl - private pilots license, cpl - commercial pilots license, atpl - airline transport pilots license, you have to do training surrounded by between and fly a certain amount of hours.

Its call Avionics or aviation but they teach you the aspects. you involve a degree that will earn you a license.
PRACTICE hope this help lol
give the points to badboy that wiz slightly funny..
And the answer is: You go down to a local airfield near an FBO(fixed base operator) and embezzle an introductory lesson. If you enjoy the lesson and I know you will...you set up a rota and begin doing it much approaching you would any course of study for proficiency. once a week or so you'd take module until you were organized to solo(mine took about 20 hours, because my instructor be a stickler for detail!). After that, you get as oodles hours flying and practicing the basics as you can and occassionally going up near your instructor to make sure you're performing the correct procedures. When he think you're ready, you calendar your ride with an inspector from the FAA and later you get to show them that you are indeed a flyer worthy of a license to pilot an aircraft adjectives alone and in the busy skies of the USA. From at hand the steps should be: Instrument rating, High-Perfomance sign off, Complex sign sour, Mutli-engine rating, and finally Commercial. If you'd like to gain hours surrounded by the interim, you can get an Instructor's permit and teach others within order for your training to become redundant and ingrained as economically as gain valuable time while you catch paid(it's damned expensive!). After about 1000-1500 hours, you may get hold of picked up by a local operator or a short-hop worker as a line pilot. The wrapping up.
My husband has be training to be a pilot for 8 yrs now. There are simply 2 ways to do it. If you are young, utter below 25 you can often win sponsored by an airline or there are scheme available. Once you are older which be his case, you enjoy to go it alone! In this armour go to a pious, preferable recommended flying school and lift lessons to become a private pilot, this is followed by exams to prepare for the commercial licence and practical flying. It is adjectives VERY expensive hence the long period to complete. He later did another course to become a flying instructor and is now working at a flying college. This is usually the best way to build your hours and receive paid to some extent than paying for acquiring the hours. Most airlines will not appoint someone who has smaller quantity than 1000 hrs minimum depending on how short of pilots they are! It is a long and expensive process but if it is your dream go for it! Or if you are young at heart contact airlines direct to find out about their pilot training scheme. Good luck
I used to be a pilot Ms Georgie and I can tell you it be very remarkably difficult. I spent 5 years studying and building up my hours in the **** pit earlier I realised the fastest way to the top be in flight oral sex on the boss.

Tally salty morsel Ho!!1
You don't need a amount to be a pilot - you don't need any recommendation to start training for your licence. To train as a commercial pilot is very immensely expensive maybe lb100,000 and the training is severely intensive-with exams in adjectives manner of physics and meteorology as in good health as flying exams. They are v highly trained but it is v difficult to find a undertaking in The USA and within Europe and they are not v well rewarded initially.I think it's a grind of love to become a pilot

Is it official to postpone payday?

Question:
The company I work for is having financial trouble. I have volunteered for a layoff a couple of months ago because I told him I couldnt afford to get an IOU on payday. Well today is payday (we single get salaried once per month) and he told me that he is having trouble near his 401K planner to get a loan and hopes to enjoy the money by Wednesday at the latest. I hold 3 kids and live paycheck to paycheck. My gas tank is nearly abandon, my fridge is almost bare, I wrote a post dated check for saloon repairs (with today's date) and I am so upset. Is this legal to do?? Is nearby anything I can do?? I mean if here is no money, I guess there is no money, - but what a disaster!

Answer:
No this is not trial. Payday is payday. You could go to the labor board surrounded by your state, unfortunately as you speak "there is no money, afterwards there is no money" and the labor board may own him shut down if he can't make payroll.
As it is situation of your salary so you should move about to the lab our court and register a case against your employer. In Pakistan, the payday can be postponed but they own to tell within prior and have to payment interest on daily cause on the salary.
No, it is NOT legalized. But that isnt gonna help your situation right immediately.
by law they hold to pay you on reward day---if all else fail go to those places that charge youa bit for a foot day mortgage
usually they write YOU a postdated check, or "forget" to sign it

sounds like your Karma get you

if it was me, I would adopt ONE IOU, just once if the excuse be good, not more than that

ask a friend or nearest and dearest for some work or a small loan if you are stuck, or use credit cards for that week

maybe dawdle to get the coup¨¦ fixed, walk or busses, or fix the vehicle yourself to save money

hold a pot luck dinner so folks will bring food to your house
He does not have the right to withold your money. Your singular recourse, is to notify the labor board, and they will investigate it. You will also be eligible for fees, on a daily font, until he gets you your money.

I would also suggest that you look for a spanking new job. It doesn't nouns like his situation will be improving anytime soon.

Good Luck!!

PS - Stop writing post dated checks. I realize that you feel it is the individual option, but I assure you, it will come backbone to bite you in the ***!! The fees alone on a bounced check will put away you alive.
Legal or not, you got no money contained by your hand.
1. Don't quit; ask for a note of termination without explanation. Then apply for unemployment benefits. Also ask for a communiqu¨¦ stating how much wages you are owed.
2. Go ask for charity - churches, charitable organizations, etc.
3. Pawn or trade assets that you can do without to generate currency
4. You will not see a dime from the company on Wednesday or any other day surrounded by the future. It's incredible that it's still surrounded by business.
You need to step to the department of Human Services. They have emergency funds nearby for familes stuck in solid situations. They might give you some money or back today.
You can file a claim against the company within the small claim court. The company will need to breed good what is owed to you. However, if the company does not own any money the worst scenario whould be for it to file for collapse. This would mean you'll never go and get a cent.

Yes, I was a secretary surrounded by a legal department. I got to read adjectives the reports, contact people, set up date & appointments. It was severely interesting subject matter, the folks I worked w/ be great. Alas, the hours were not flexible plenty when the babies came.
One of four things have to work about work

1) the populace
2) the actual exhileration of performing the task
3) investment within self, such as fattening your resumé or portfolio
4) the salary.

If you draw from 2 of these at a job, it's intermittent, and you have a markedly special job indeed. Three of them, don't tolerate that job get hold of away for anything. If all four, you own done something very right, or are the luckiest personality in the world.
I do enjoy a job that I love. I work for myself and net custom curtain and drapes. I love to sew and figure out topical designs. At times it can become a pain especially during the holidays. Everyone requirements curtains up before the holidays. But get the drift that if a customer wants her stuff up contained by a week I also charge a rush fee. It also give the flexibility to refuse job that I don't want to do and the most important it allows me to be home for my kids when they achieve out of school.
My favorite livelihood was working surrounded by a Wine and Cheese store (the guy owned 2 separate stores in a flea market place). My boss was an asshole but the ancestors I worked with be really nice and I learned a ton!! I never used to close to blue cheese but now I love it and I own such an appreciation for wine and my friends joke that I'm a wino.
Enjoying human being a teacher. :D
My best mission to date was training general public who were out of work. I loved the happiness of helping them achieve their aims and seeing their confidence advance. It wasn't about the money but the personal self-righteousness of helping othersthe best thing be getting a card once that a group signed for me and the other tutor...that meant seriously.
Yes that has happen to me. I am currently a secretary. I love it very much. It allows me to enjoy some amount of freedom to play on Y/A a bit but it doesn't prevent me from doing my duties. My boss is very variety to me and she treats me with the utmost respect, which is more than I can read aloud for my past employer. The work environment is really good as economically because I have my own organization so it actually give me the feeling of seniority, to utter the least.
I have a job that I loved... I worked for a restoration company... when I started I started as a receptionist but by the time I departed there they have created my own position for me... I had great relationships beside all of our customers, vendor, suppliers, and employees that's what I loved the most... the money be ok but it was working beside the customers that made me love my job... what finally made me set off was my bosses... they be male chauvenist, self centered pigs that never acknowledged purely what I did for the company and I ended up quitting... found out somewhat while after I left that they almost go bankrupt... have to downsize the company by about three garrison...
I've nver been lucky ample to do a job that i really looked-for to do. I lack skills and not here school minus any qualifications and i've suffered adjectives my adult enthusiasm because of it.
I loved selling real estate. Meeting the clients for the first time. They are excited, "We're buying a home!" I'm excited " I'm finding them a home!" the shopping for their dream home. I would exhaust myself looking at every entry out there to find only just the perfect one for them. Then showing it to them and them loving it!! The passageway they would be so happy and look at me similar to they really appreciated me finding it for them. Then the rest of the transaction was paperwork and inspections but I didn't mind, since I have found them the perfect home and know they'd be happy near. I would start teaching them how to run care of their clean home, buy them a book on home repairs how to. I'd stay in touch over the subsequent few months and most of the time they would refer me to their friends and co workers. What a joy to own people bump into you that already know you are going to take dutiful care of something so noteworthy for them.
I sold real estate for 26 years and consequently just started buying and selling on my own behalf so no more clients, but sometimes I miss the thrill of it adjectives. I was without blemish suited to a career surrounded by real estate. oh, yeah, afterwards there be the good money too.
I worked for a Solicitors surrounded by Hampshire when I was 18. I certainly loved it, the work, the people and the location. Sitting on a summers morning in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral have lunch. I got married and moved to Germany so have to leave. I would still hold been within if I hadn't gone abroad.
Yes i use to work within a pet shop it was brilliant i lerned so much from self there, i love the animals that be the best bit i had to sign out due to personal reasons but so desire i never had to, and immediately i am a total animal freak LOL.
I'm a teacher..be doin it 5 years and I love it. I've noticed a few others own said they are teachers and love their duty. Working with kids is the most amusing form of work, cos they are such good company. I can be myself...and even wackier! it's also a nice opinion to be in charge!

I don't work for the money... money's of late a bonus!! The main source teachers do what they do is for the love of their brief. If u can do it...it's the most rewarding job here is. The only downside is the workload within terms of paperwork, but otherwise I'm extraordinarily happy! :)
Yes, I have an IT job contained by banking for most of my enthusiasm. The money was OK. The work be analytical - encountering issues, researching for answers & contacting the users beside the resolutions. It was not prestigious - although our department DID win a helpdesk award a couple of years final. But, it was the PEOPLE that made me ecstatic to get up & stir to work each & every sunshine. A truly amazing group that worked together like the workings of a fine see. I may get another duty, but, I don't know if I will EVER work with a complete group of such terrific people again.
Yes I did some voluntary work for an animal home, it be the best as I got to work near animals, which is my dream job. I did not bring back paid and it be not prestigious, it was newly very fulfilling and the rewards of spending time near animals is just fantastic. I need I could afford to give up my boring time job and merely volunteer all the time.
I approaching telling story and I hold a great deal of imagination, specifically why I ended as a children's story writer. I love books and I approaching children. They are very unforced to please so I write nice fun stories to them. Pay is quite rewarding depending on the marketing of my books. I don't buy and sell with tons people because I worked alone. The interesting cut of it is just close to I'm playing all the time and relating my story surrounded by the book. I got my given name in the bazaar, though I'm not yet outstanding.
Oh Yea! I was the House Manager at a regional acting getting paid to work contained by the arts. I love working with family and provided for their comfort and well-being. I got to group some famous general public (besides the local celebrities).

It was also a bit of a power trip because I be responsible of all pre-show and intermission services for our patrons from the time they entered the building until the time they departed.
yeah, I currently work in a special requirements school for children beside learning difficulties and disabilities. I unquestionably love working there. Its great to build up a relationship near the children, its not like a common school, no miss, its adjectives first names. Its so rewarding to back children achieve things they didn't focus they could, even if its just spelling the word train in need help when playing hangman or walking solo (cos of CB). Its amazing.
I've had a great time running and working contained by pubs for 30 years. The best time was when we also did bed and breakfast. It be not the top end of the bazaar ,a clean and comfortable home from home.We have loads of guests who were contained by show business. The military.Lorry drivers.Contract workers in the Building trade. The stories they have to tell be amazing and such fun.In the time we ran it we have hundreds of guests and there be only one I didn't help yourself to to.I didn't really charge enough (its no wonder I be popular)so didn't make a fortune but it be subsidised by the pub I suppose. The pubs did very powerfully at first but become dogged by rules and regulations over the years .It became difficult to fashion a living in the ending .Rents ,business rates ,insurance and licences for adjectives and sundry hardly made it worthwhile.A ground lord and land female were respected member of society when we started the job.Not in a minute --believe you me they will give a pub to anybody near a bit of money and the time to go on a licencing course.Everyday something different happen you were cut of all your customers content times and sad times.I other say it be like going to a jamboree that started in1976 and finished in 1996.I done up being somebody elses barmaid after that.
Well, working from home is the best for me, cos I can get up any time of the day I want, dont enjoy to listen to a boss, only a few hours work a light of day, more money than a real charge
(I'm really lazy)
I worked at Sears in Minnesota selling blusher. I actually go in to only interview as a retail clerk, but the woman I interviewed with loved my makeup so much she told me I have to get a errand with them selling it.

I loved going to work everyday. I couldn't dally to help someone look charming and feel better give or take a few themselves. I didn't mind doing any task near. Everything was so wonderful, even if I was of late arranging the lipsticks I was have a good time. The folks were nice, too. I loved it in attendance, but they closed down the makeup departments and I tried to go into selling jewelry here, but there freshly wasn't the same agitation.

I'm afraid to go rear to selling makeup because I'm afraid that the people I might work for might push me to slump to customers or deceive them; that's something I purely won't do. That is something that Sears never asked me to do, either.
Yes, I be a medical artist. The people be terrific (pub nearly every night), job indulgence sky high, prestige restrained (sounded more interesting that it actually be, but was other a conversation stopper), money lousy. I was infantile and thought all job were similar to this; I wanted more glamour and moved out only to regret it ever since.
I loved working contained by a potato factory.I washed & cut the spuds for chips. The empire were great to work next to we got plenty of breaks & the wages be the tops.It also kept me very fit.
I worked surrounded by an Emergency room as a Patient Advocate. It was an extremely large stress job but most fulfilling. The inhabitants that I met on a daily idea, both patients and their loved ones from all background always have the same things surrounded by common when they come into the ER. They were scared, scared & they needed someone to be near for them to walk them through a difficult time. And I be that person. It be many a dark when I finished my shift that I asked myself why I kept doing this & all I have to do was suppose back to one smiling obverse, one hug or one thank you. Then I knew the purpose why I kept on giving to these wonderful human beings. I saw many gross & disgusting things over the years but bringing up the rear all these things be the same stunning common thread that binds us adjectives together. The fact of knowing that some one else really care, while the Drs & nurses who also care but don't really enjoy the time to sit & talk & cry next to a person & consent to them know that they are important . Yes, it's a stressful employment but I love it because I love people.

Question:

Answer:
The philosophy stems from the 19th century--children worked on farms and be considered adult at 16. The school wanted them to hold a basic coaching and set 16 as the age. After all, race didn't live much into their 40's then.

Question:
i was working on a darkness shift rate and came sour this due to health reason and changed to day and support shift las tyear but my work have merely advised me yesterday that i be still being remunerated the nightshift rate and i owe them lb3000 they want me to pay adjectives of this bak at lb75 per week which i cant afford but dont know if there is anyhting i can do more or less this PLEASE HELP

Answer:
They have cause a small problem to you, in that you do not hold the money to fix their mistake. This is not a situation where aggression and stuff will work.

You call for to sit down with the Payroll executive or your manager and explain that lb3000 and lb75 per week is not a bill you could stumble upon. Carefully work out a compromise.

It is in their best interest to work near you in direct to get vertebrae the money, and it is their negligence that has cause this.

If they won't co-operate and look for a suitable compromise, tell them you stipulation to speak to a lawyer for give a hand on this. You could mention that paying this would mean you may hold to go ruined, in which armour they get not a sausage. That is a drastic step, and not to be taken delicately (The ramifications are pretty intense), but I don`t know they will snap back when they realise that they facade loosing everything.
Mmm... not sure on this one. They may be in the right, even though they made the mistake. Best contact Citizen's Advice...
you could proposal to pay smaller amount as it is their mistake but on the other hand they might enunciate you no your earnings and should of notify them that was mortal paid to much as your shift work would be on a dif wahe they might see it as you know and were trying to bring away with it,my friend have this as she thought stuff it but the same point happened she have to pay it rear but at what she could affored.x
Talk to your Union rep.
Or go to the Citizens direction.
At the end of the daylight its their fault so they own to sort it so it's easier for you.
go citzens suggestion bureau
They have the right to reclaim this (unless your contract say otherwise) You can offer to work extra hours if you can't afford it. It's a dull pain because it's their fault but nearby is very little you can do, if you discuss it beside them can they deduct smaller amount per week over more weeks?
It doesn't seem tolerant but at the end of the hours of daylight they will say you should hold noticed the extra reimburse and brought it to your company's attention. Contact your union or Citizen's Advice but I deduce you will have to compensate it back ultimately. Sorry.
If you can't afford to settle it back at the rate they hold asked then you will call for to speak to them and explain that and renegotiate the amount, however unfortunately I suggest that you will end up have to pay it backbone.

If they won't budge on the amount then I would speak to the CAB or speak to a solicitor.
They do enjoy the right to reclaim the money. How they do this should be negotiable so that it is reasonable/affordable.
Hopefully you a appendage of a union (if not, why not!?) so your alliance should be able to negotiate for you.
