She go for an interview and was later invited for a second interview. However she didn't get the career. When she rang up for some feedback they subsequently emailed her back pretty much criticing every aspect of her first interview. Why did they bother inviting her rear for a second interview then? Now specifically strange!

Yep that happened to me a wee while ago. I be so sure I'd get the assignment, interview went really really all right, the people interviewing me said I 'ticked adjectives te boxes' and had adjectives the relevant experience, etc etc. Then 3 days later I get a rejection letter!! Was gutted.
