I'm moving to another city that means I'm departure my job around two weeks. I should have gotten my paid break now but they told to skulk until Feb, but since I'm leaving I wont return with it. My Question is simple, If I leave near my vacation hours completed are they supposed to money my vacation as a regular check? I hear the its a law that they inevitability to pay your time off hours if your job didn't impart it to you during you were near them?

Though it wasn't a imperative, Wal-Mart also used to pay you for leave time you accrued (time you be building up over the year that wasn't available to you until your next anniversary.
Every place I've worked they settle you your vacation clear with your later check. I've never seen population be able to collect break pay for a week they also worked and get paid for otherwise... though I suppose that would depend on the employer.
