-When you find yourself really wanting a cigarette try to do something physically moving. Go for a quick saunter, do jumping jacks, sit ups doesn`t matter what. Not only will you distract yourself during your craving. You most probable will find yourself a bit out of breath. Which will remind you why you entail to quit.
-Remind yourself that this will get easier. It really will.
-Think just about all the money you will be in your favour. Set aside the money you would've spent on your smokes. Put that money aside in a jar. If you buy smokes each day, or by the carton.
