First of adjectives, I am sorry.
I understand how you perceive and if you really don't feel up too, phone up sick.
Just read out, "I can't talk presently, I am feeling sick. I can't come into today." Then pretty much dangle up. It's there responsiblity to work out the rest.
HOWEVER, this WILL put race out, if this is sometime you do regulary and are just be a laid-back drama queen, grow up. It's really unfair to co-workers and your boss.
I'm sure though, that isn't the shield. And remember that mental/emotional health is in recent times as important as Physical Health.
The other point is, when you're at work, it might actually be better. Sometimes taking your mind sour it and interacting with other empire and just getting out of the house does wonders.
In my judgment, I think it would be better to travel. That's from personal experience.
