I would push for trying to come to some kind of arrangement and if this is not legitimate, then consider seeking employment elsewhere but, be advise, your next living may be worse than the one you have very soon.

I've have a lot of experience over the recent past 3 years with this subject. I go through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I be in college. There's sooo much crap out in that and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it take a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunity.

My interrogate is, how on earth do I bring back a reference from the Company in a minute it has gone down the jar?

Normally you're asked to present 3 work related references and 3 personal reference.
I would place a note on your resume that the company go out of business and then simply do not provide a quotation. When asked, any employer will understand your explanation. If they don't and they enunciate they need proof that you worked at hand, obtain your W2 archives, but I can't imagine any company anyone that much of a stickler about it.

Frankly, greatly of companies do not even bother checking references any more, and place far more reliance on milieu checks, credit reports, drug tests, and the approaching. The use of reference correspondence is not as relevant as it once was, because most ethnic group only pick reference who will say wonderful things almost them, and most hiring authorities know that. Don't worry roughly speaking the company's going out of business, stick to the individual references, and don't verbs about getting formal packages.
