Is Medical Insurance really this big?

Question:
I am working as consultant and as stated in my contract my employer is paying majority of my insurance (70-30)
immediately I am paying 900$ /month so in that casing I assume that my company would be paying around 2100$ /month on my insurance. that would make 3000$/month total.
I hold having PPO inherited insurance. even if I have best of the best insurance does my company really be paying that amount or I am getting screwed?
Is near any way to find out how much my employer is paying for me?

Answer:
That sounds extremely big. My company claims they pay more or less the same percent (about 75) of the premium. People beside families who opt for a PPO are paying roughly $2000-2500 a year. I would think for $900 a month, you could find your own private insurance for that. You obligation to contact the benefits dept for a better breakdown of the premiums. It might even help if you travel to a national carrier and print out some premiums near similar coverage and give it to them.

HELP...EMERGENCY tomorrow interview?

Question:
hi guys today i got a phone ring up and asked to go to an interview contained by Harrods tomorrow as a seller, i am a bit worried as i am not sure what to say aloud at the interview any advice will be appriciated.
one of the things that worries me is that they ask why do u want to work surrounded by Harrods? and truthefully i dont but I HAVE TO. and whats the difference between Harrods and other shops?

please no silly answers

thnx in credit and i will let u guys in a minute how it went

I ASKED THIS QUESTION BEFORE TOO BUT I GOT ONLY 1 ANSWER IF ANYONE FINDS IT AND GIVES A GOOD ANSWER WILL GIVE U ALL THE POINTS COZ I DONT LIKE THE ONLY ONE ANSWER I GOT.

Answer:
I see why you get only one because I'm lost on suggestion also. Interviewing is hard check out www.tesh.com and see what proposal he has to share.
I dont know what Harrods is but really cogitate about the brief you will be doing there. That should facilitate, Just focous on the job and what they will gain buy hiring you. You must put on the market yourself and give them a grounds to hire you.
If they ask you why you want to work at Harrods your answer could be "Harrods have a correct reputation and they offer superior products, they also grant high trait service and these are factors that I hold a high respect for in business". Good luck.
I would voice the heritage. Harrods is a famous store specified around the world and being within business for over 150 years shows you are doing it right. I feel I could revise a lot from such an establishment and would be excited to be associated near it!
My first advise is to attain mentally ready for this mission by presenting your very best short hesitation and beside your best confidence. Whatever you do, don't tell them that the cause you want to work for them is because you have too. Make it come across as if you've done some homework on the company and you've choosen them as a target employer because of something specific... ex. there corporate culture, in attendance product philosophy, you've talked beside other people at hand and they love it,. etc. Might be a good notion to stop in at hand early and ask some current team what they like around it.
Also, check out their website to see if you can find some unique things that they themselves have a chat about and use that as a proof for your answers. Here, you'll also probably find out why they are different than other shops. Try to answer that question to yourself previously going into the interview and be prepared and professional.
Interviewers like to see possible candidate that have done some homework and enjoy prepared by finding out about the company and how you can contribute.
Hope this help. Good luck. Positive attitude.
, Make sure that you are dressed appropriately for the interview. When asked, tell them why you want to work here, that it is a great opportunity to work in the best shop within London. That heir are re prearranged for their quality products. Tell them that you perceive that you would benefit from what you can learn here and that they would benefit because you would be hard working, loyal, and conscientious.
Well, I'm not familar near Harrods. But anyway, keep contained by mind that first impressions can make or break you. So jump dressed up, big time. Look very professional. Be massively polite, think beforehand you answer any questions. Try not to be over-sensitive. Look the interviewer directly into their eyes when you answer, and be still when you answer. Any movement could throw them off. Also relay them that your goal is to be their best employer, and you're ready to take any training important to make profit for the company. I preference you the best of luck...

available job interview?

Question:
what answer do you give when they ask you a fruitless quality give or take a few yourself

I mean I own bad intrinsic worth but none that really have anything to do next to the job resembling
I am footphobic
I HATE it when ppl don't use their blinkers
I speed
I am jealous of those girls on my super sweet 16 and the ppl on MTV cribs

what would you influence

thank a bunch

Answer:
The trick to this is to not make it nouns like a distrustful thing:

a. "I'm so detail orient that I sometimes lose track of the time."

b. "I'm such a good listener that everyone feel comfortable talking to me."

c. "I commonly sacrifice my home life for the profession."

d. "Sometimes I push myself too hard to succeed."

e. "I prefer to work contained by a group because I like to bring consider others' ideas and suggestions."

f. "I prefer to work alone or contained by a smaller group because I tend to be more productive without constant supervision."
Well, I other choose something that is work related, but have nothing to do next to the job you are interviewing for. For example if you are interviewing for a data-entry assignment, you can say you are impossible at creative/art things.

Depending on what the person interviewing you is approaching you might just want to mention one of those other things you tabled to make them chortle. Some employers will appreciate a flawless sense of humor.

Also, if you say something work related gross sure you follow it up with how you are working on rising it.
exactly what you did
I woudl say zilch. It doesn't matter. If you want the opportunity always use your assets and for your "bad" trait you can use that you are trying to get more tuition or something that doesn't make you look desperate.
Don't make your answer nouns totally negative. As an example:

Sometimes, I pilfer on too many job in an endeavour to get the chore done.

Sometime, I become so detail oriented that I forget how long the resourceful timeline for the project is, so I run over.

Try to act professional and imagine of something bad roughly speaking yourself in the professional nouns that really isn't bad, it shows you are a upright worker.

How do I answer the infamous WHAT IS YOUR WEAKNESS and HOW COME YOU'RE LEAVING?

Question:
I'm interviewing for an underwriter position today... Moving up as an assistant in the insurance industry. The down side is that a former colleague of mine works at hand and she told them roughly how much I make at my current mission (she snooped through my files) and told me that I was miserable here... How do I fix this and how do I answer the above question?? Are my chances ruined?

Answer:
Apply the "KISS" principle. Be honest, but preserve it simple. If the interviewer asks for more detail give it to them.
Turn it around and brand name your weakness a positive - such as- I am an over achiever, perfectionist, rock-hard on myself when something is not correct/complete
Leaving because I felt "Glass Ceiling" (no opportunity for growth) and you are looking for a goad.

-Take these questions where on earth the employer is looking for a negative answer and turn it around on them :)

hope this help.

I've been a medical transcriptionist for 18 years and I love it!

I work for a key hospital in Michigan. I hold worked for transcription services in former times but the money isn't nearly as good, and production houses clear per line, so you really own to be FAST to make clad money; and the benefits are better if you work for a hospital. These are things to consider when getting into this field.

Also, as a medical transcriptionist, I grasp to work from home, which is really an added bonus.
I am not a full-time perm. medical transcriptionist but it is involved in my on a daily basis activities. YOu must be a vastly patient entity to do this, there are hundreds of thousands of lingo that you will be learning, the horizontal of difficulty once you enter the career world will depend on the articulation of the person you will be transcribing for. Question:
I was basically wondering if anyone received a Christmas bonus this year from their employerbig or small business. Seems to me that not many companies do this any more. I'm really more interested surrounded by bonuses give by smaller companies...I muse they appreciate their employees more than the big companies. What do you ponder?

Answer:
Yes, I received a significant bonus and we are considered a small corporation with a gross revenue around 18 million. We don't receive bonuses in recent times for Christmas rather our Corporate personnel receive an annual bonus respectively year around November and is based on above and beyond concert. Although we do receive a little Christmas incentive... A endowment card to store of our choosing. My Project Managers also may receive an annual bonus for above and beyond performance contained by December. All of our employees receive Thanksgiving and Christmas offering cards. Our Corporation definitely appreciates the sturdy work of all of our organization and this is just a moment or two something that we can give to show our appreciation.
I work for a small company and received $100. It doesn't nouns like much but their attitude and appreciation during the year - shows their charity.

My daughters work for the same big company - they get a turkey.

Boyfriend works for Lockheed Martin IT - he got nil.

Resume that kill?

Question:
I am a recent graduate from Kansas State. I graduated near a B.S.B.A., majoring in nouns. Unfortunately, my first job be with a fine art contractor before I go back to university. I also painted during a few summer breaks to earn decent money.

I believe my sculpture "career" is causing potential employer to totally disregard my resume. I have have a few other jobs during the course of my existence (listed on resume), and an internship at Merrill Lynch.

Do you think the sculpture experience is killing possible opportunity.

Answer:
I muse there are two answers to your give somebody the third degree, "It depends," and "Probably not..."

(Grin)

I think the problem is really more of two other things. Either you hold a bad resume`, or you are vibrations the pinch of a bad discount, although I have read that things are not so bleak for finance majors.

This lead me to believe you have a desperate resume`.

Now, about your resume`...

There are a couple things surrounded by mind here.

1. Keep it on one page
2. Always keep within mind, "The Guy on the Other Side of the Desk!
3. There are no hard and hurried rules with respect to content
4. No typos, fruitless sentence structure, or smudges.

In this point in your job (just staring out) there's no reason for your resume` to be on two page. I've heard arguements on this ad-nauseum, but the reality remains, you want this resume` to get you an interview. There is a point contained by the process where the prospective employer go through a filering out process when they are not looking for someone to hire, they are looking for a reason not to hire you.

When a company puts the word out that they are hiring, they are inundated beside resumes. They have to find some path to narrow down this enumerate to a manageable number of associates to interview. Reading two pages take time. This is time they haven't got!

And this lead you to the second point. "Always think surrounded by terms of the guy on the other side of the desk!" You are applying for a nouns position. The fact that contained by another life you be a house painter should be on page 28 F, somewhere near where on earth the results of the Dog Show are printed, so to speak.

In practical terms, to go and get you thinking in the right direction, I'm going to impart you a list, as an example.

You work surrounded by the HR department, and your company just put out an announcement that they are looking for entry-level analysts. What's going to happen?

You, as the junior human being in the department are stuck beside going through the 100's of resume's, and narrow that stack down to conceivably 30 that will actually achieve interviews.

How do you do this?.

Long paragraphs. They bring in your resume` look heavy and intimidating. If your resume` looks similar to the first page of "War and Peace," no one's going to read it. Make your resume` light contained by appearance. Make it look like it should bear no more than seven-and-a-half seconds to read it. Use profusely of open space, closely of three and four line paragraph. If your resume` looks easy to read, it will be read.

Don't grasp bogged down in minutae. The guy on the other side of the desk already know you took biology 101. Unless you were published, he won't contemplation what grade you get in it. Just put down the things that he will be impressed beside, or things that will make you uniuque.

Now along beside this, with respect to content, in attendance are no hard and rapid rules. Put what is important first on the document. In this case it's your work objective. Then after that, it's your background. Then put down any internships, clubs or other activities that will sort you appear as someone that takes initiative or well-rounded

No typos, impossible sentence structure, or smudges in or on the resume`! Remember, at this point they are looking for a foundation not to hire you. One typo and your out!

Now with respect to your resume`...

The first piece you want to put down is your career aim. These can sort of be generic, but with your painter situation, I would breed it as strong as you can. Most importantly, you want to convey longevity.

Something like, "I desire to set off my career as an entry-level analyst while I complete my Masters. Then next to time and experience, I will strive toward the director's level of direction," or something like that.

At this point it's words on a resume`. Regardless of whether or not you in reality plan on getting your masters, you want to convey initiative, and that you plan on being next to them over the long haul.

Put your tuition information second. If your grade point be good, put that surrounded by there, too. And along next to this, if there are any classes you took that directly relate to the the position you are applying for, and you get "A's" in them, put them within there two.

The point here is that you want to be succinct, and suggest about what is going to impress, "The Guy on the Other Side of the Desk!" What are the things that are noteworthy to him? What's going to make him read out, "Hey! I wanna talk to this guy!" after he looks at your resume? These are the things that you want to stress.

Then after the end and your education, you want to detail any internships, clubs, or other activities that you be involved in. Once again, things that show you took initiative, or indicate your well-roundedness.

Then you put your work history. And once again, the guy on the other side of the desk know you worked at part-time job or whatever, only to get you through academy. Don't spend a lot of time on this because it's not historic. You probably don't even have to (at this point) confer him dates. You could probably vote something to the effect of:

"I paid my own tuition, and as a result, could merely attend part-time. My primary employment as I get my degree be working as a painting contractor, although I did own otherpart-time jobs as I finished my point."

The point here is that you want to underplay the painting as much as possible and stress your nurture and internship. Your main point within life be getting through school, and you did what you did as a manner of accomplishing that desire.

And hopefully, through all of this, I hit on something where on earth you see a how your resume`.can be improved!

Good luck!
