I think it would depend on what you required to do, training as a nurse etc is 'paid training', it just depends on what you want. My husband owns his own company and if he take someone on they have the choice of him paying for their course and not be salaried for the day release, or anyone paid for their sunshine release and pay for their own course. Most relatives take the course fee's as they are usually moderately high. If the company is worth working for they should convenience their staff and encourge training, but don't expect them to pay for everything as it costs a fortune to sign up someone, especially if they are still training and it may take years for them to conquer their full potential. Keep looking, there are employer who care, honest.

All the patients want their meds at one tme, they expect them to kick EVERY time they get on the restrained and some people bring on the light for no existing reason at adjectives. They are OVERWORKED, underpaid and VERY underappreciated.. When is the last time u thank a nurse for her hard work.. Some nurses do business with go and death everyday..within ER, ICU, etc.. They don't deal beside just patients, they accord with worried domestic and have to be consultant, healer, etc... U would never understand... If u are ever REALLY sick u will see how strong they work and that some of them don't sit down at all during the shift.. If they bring back a lunch break..and an emergency happens.. within goes their break..
