I enjoy the work and enjoy never had a problem near the hours because I was strictly compensated for overtime. Because of the nature of the assignment, I must work weekends and many holidays. It can be a dignified stress job, as tons times i am working an entire week for at least 10-12 hours a daylight. I do not have any benefits, and be recently told that I will merely get 5 rewarded days off this year (not including holidays, which I work). Furthermore, i do not receive comp. time. If I work 100 hours one week, I feel approaching I should be compensated somewhere. Also, because I do not oversee any employees, I am reasonably only supposed to work 40 hours /wk. I own approached my boss about the situation numerous times, and the answer I obtain is that "that is the policy". What do I do? Do I tell to her boss, which is a board of directors? Am I asking to be compensated too much?

Quit and have them hire you vertebrae as a consultant at $150 an hour!

You are not asking too much. You are worth more than this. If you work 40 hours, you should enjoy benefits. If you are not on a contract and work over 40 hours, you should be paid overtime. Contact wage and labor.
