If I work 100 hours one week, I feel approaching I should be compensated somewhere. Also, because I do not oversee any employees, I am reasonably only supposed to work 40 hours /wk. I own approached my boss about the situation numerous times, and the answer I obtain is that "that is the policy". What do I do? Do I tell to her boss, which is a board of directors? Am I asking to be compensated too much?
