Here are some answers to that question, getting results, customer gratification, a job capably done, learning topical things and liking it, be part of a squad, and opportunities for advancement that should seize them going for you, I would use all of the above.
I find this sound out a little confusing myself, however, you can hold two routes. Use an answer out of a book. Or, find the true answer in yourself and communicate that. Honesty usually win out in the long run, as your heart will be surrounded by it. Motivations DO change near time and experience.

I worked for someone just now, for a few months, in work I'd never done formerly. I thought my motivation was simply to swot up a new skill.
However, I realised due to my man needed less, that my motivation and enthusiasm go downhill. I realised that I felt anything I be doing wasn't particularly high-status to the company. The work I was doing be unpaid.
What motivated me was a sense that the work I be doing, each little post I completed, was impressive to the company and that I really cared that the business succeeded. It took me 3 months to realise that.
So, putting aside a wage, why do you want the livelihood there? What is the company to you? Do you carefulness about the post, a little, middling or are you enthusiastic? Where will you bring the job?
Will you actively want to push to relief the company, or do you simply want a wage?

Yeah...dressing up professionally can cost a bomb ussually. However, u can other settle for a budget shop. Where u get a nice thank top or shirt at cheaper prices. Invest within 1-2 good department coat...try getting a black one and that shall do the trick...it's easier to mix and match using a black coat.
