Does anyone know what age Bath and Body works hires at?
Question:
Im 17 and I dont turn 18 until August. I would like to know if hip bath and body works in California hires race under the age of 18.
Answer:
They probably do. The factor to get a assignment without special go-ahead in California is just 14 or 15, so I don't think it is greatly hard for them to take on 17-year-olds, assuming it's a part time opportunity and doesn't interfere with conservatory. Most retail chains do employ teenagers. But the merely way to find out for sure is to check beside Bath and Body Works itself.
Here is Bath and Body Works' employment page: http://limitedbrands.hodesiq.com/limited...
(it's shared between several brands that are part of duplicate company, which is why the different name, but I assure you it's the right page)
I assume so

Whether it be being a researcher near a company or self-employed, or just to hold the know how. What course would one necessitate to take - or essentially is it a combination as expected, i.e. librarianship (to understand cataloging) or as a private investigator (for finding ethnic group i guess - I'm brainstorming here). Or is one Research course/degree enough?
I know Brirkbeck College surrounded by London runs a research course..
Answer:
Most researchers have some sort of specialism. And a inestimable proportion of professional researchers work in science. So it really depends on what interests you?
As far as I know most research positions are serious and people become researchers after doing a amount or masters in their chosen subject, a PhD is essentially a research project.
Its the university that get the funding to take out the research. The best thing to do is to contact your local university and see what they have on set aside and what they are looking for. Alternatively, look through the job websites, close to those below and see what exactly they are looking for, that may give you a better conception. Good luck

Does anyone hold any info on Werner Transport.?
Question:
I asked the Question about Schneider and I'm also considering Werner. Does anybody know of any apt companies for a new driver to start beside.
Answer:
I can tell you that Werner have 'electronic' log books. So every second you work is tracked automatically. Not always a obedient thing. All I can read out about Schneider is what I own learned from drivers who own worked for them... the newer you are, the more you work since you are being rewarded less. And the longer you are near, you will see your miles decrease. As a up to date driver at Schneider you will rarely see home. Check out every company close to where you live. Sometimes you will find that smaller companies are a better fit for strange drivers.
Question more or less Rural Carrier Associate for the USPS.?
Question:
I will be taking my postal exam tomorrow for the RCA position. I have a few question. First, is the pay and hours for this position plenty to live off of? I don't know how much they reward or how many hours you work. And they say aloud you are "on call", how often do you bring called to work? Is this a virtuous job? Will this be ample to support myself and my husband (he has income too, but we both enjoy to work to pay the bills) or should I find another job? If I overhaul the test and I am offered the chore, should I quit my current job? I simply want to know if this is worth it,.
Any help would be great.
Answer:
The RCA brief is tough. It depends on the office, how devout you are at learning a baggage (delivery order) and what vehicle you have to drive.
It can be a great living or a nightmare.
The most important attributes of the opening is be able cram the case and deliver the communication quickly and accurately. You must also be reliable and flexible to grasp many hours. Carriers who can fetch "under evaluated" will get hold of lots of work.
Don't quit your current job until you swot up more about the craft. You might shift in to the organization that you might be hired at and ask to talk to the supervisor as what here needs are. It wouldn't hurt to interview several office in your nouns and also talk to nouns carrierswhich you will probably find on Saturdays.
It's a great fit for some and can lead to great irrevocable job- the key is to find the right department.
Right now the reward is $17.51 an hour. You get evaluated repay for the route, if the route evaluates at 8 hours you get 8 hours of reimburse whether you work 5 hours or 10 hours. In our office you can work as a free to get more hours but at smaller quantity pay. Basically you work when the regular desires off and the nouns day. Depending on the route you may attain at least soon a week or every other week. I am a RCA of 9 years and have be very lucky I enjoy worked a lot. But some of the RCAs surrounded by our office individual get 1 daylight every other week. The only time they nickname you in is if one of the regular carrier call of sick. Good Luck!
they usually enjoy a schedule near the days you'll be working for a week (so you'll know in credit of the days you're working), and some times they'll call you on your days stale if some one calls surrounded by sick. and if you work at least 3 to 4 days a week you should be making adequate money to help your husband beside A LOT MORE than just the bills. ( my friend used to work around 25 hrs a week and his paycheck be over 800 every 2 weeks.
ok, there's a big difference depending on where you live; for example:
I work at a santa clarita vale post office surrounded by los angeles county. and I don't know of any one working less than 4 days a week.
I remember I used to work 5 to 6 days a week ( 7 to 10 hrs a day) when I be an RCA ( rural carrier assosiate).
and believe it or not, I used to receive more money as an RCA than now that I hold my own route.
also. you will only carry paid the evaluated time if you work smaller number than 40 hrs a week,
but if you work over 40 hrs, than you'll get rewarded for every single hour you worked. ( I always worked arround 40 to 55 hrs a week)
ask the rural carrier in your nouns to find out how many days they're working, ((let's assume you'll be working around 7 to 8 hrs a day)) multiply those days x $17.51 --- minus excise deductions etc..., and that would be the best path to find out.
e-mail me if you need serve.
Pharmacy Technicians don't engender that much?
Question:
I've thought about becoming a pharmacy technician. But It doesn't come across like it pays that much. I maintain seeing reviews on the internet where it pays around $10/hr..I just don't know if it's worth going to conservatory for, for that amount of money? Is this true, is anyone out a here a pharmacy tech?
Answer:
It depends on where you work. Retail pharmacy, similar to CVS, Safeway, Walgreens, etc., doesn't pay technicians extremely much.
But, hospitals can pay A LOT.
If you are looking to become a pharmacy technician I would HIGHLY suggest you work contained by a hospital if you can. I worked as a pharmacy technician (non certified) when I was 17 at Safeway and they remunerated me $8.00 an hour (retail sucks!). When I turned 18 I took the test and get certified. I now manufacture almost $17.00 an hour working at the hospital I work at. Places will hire you even if you are not certified (they prefer certified techs though). You are considered a pharmacy technician trainee when you are not certified or licensed.
You don't even need to turn to school for it! A lot of society assume you have to jump to school to be a pharmacy technician but you don't. It's freshly a waste of time and money.
When I graduate high arts school I purchased two pharmacy technician books. One was a math book and the other be general pharmacy technician book (pharmacy canon, helping the pharmacist, etc.) You can find both of these books online; there are several to chose from. I studied these books over the summer and next I took the soonest test and passed.
Make you you study though because when I took the theory test 4 years ago it was something like $300 and it took like 4 hours! So you manifestly want to pass it and not own to take it over again!
my daughter is a pharmacy tech to be precise what she makes but she didn't enjoy to go to academy for it she did have to transport in and attain a license i think she does own to go to a class once a year to be updated on trustworthy things but that is adjectives
According to surveys which I've seen within the pharmacy trade magazines, average per hour wage is about $13 per hour. Starting foot, for uncertified, is about $8, and for certified, going on for $10.
you don't need to turn to school to be a tech. you can gain certified though the pharmacy you work in. It's a complete spend in dribs and drabs of money to go to institution for that. The training a place like walgreens is plenty. you will make $A9-10/hour. but if you're right you may move up quickly. A lot of times you don't hold to be a certified tech to get hired at these places after they'll pay for you to catch your national certificationdon't pay a academy for this please!!

What nice of job drug examination you? Referring to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.?
Question:
Thanks for answering!
Answer:
Any job that requires a indemnity clearance will probably do random drug test. That would include the military, civil service and most military contractors. I know Home Depot does. I once worked for a utility district that tested employees previously they were hired and after any twist of fate. Our city bus drivers are tested.
It is becoming a lot more prevalent surrounded by today's world. Drugs just cost employer too much money and the test costs are coming down. It really does generate good business sense. I know if I be to hire someone for any type of industrial or transportation position I would insist on random drug test.
All of them
don't be a druggie and you won't hafta ask dumb questions. Every commission should drug test.
Dr's office, anything with moving equipment (gym, home depot, construction), even temp services do it. Warehouses (lifting, stacking), oilfield, drayage, commercial driving, hospitals, airframe and powerplant mechanics, airport ramp individuals, explosives, prison system - the list go on...
