If somebody on the phone gets totally snotty, you could other (accidentally, of course) disconnect them. Then if they call rear, you can say oh gee, I'm sorry, we must enjoy gotten disconnected somehow - they'll know d@mn well what happen, but it might also give them something to conjecture about.
Be professional, don't apologize. Ask your boss if you should be documenting this tech behavior. The big issue is this party maybe harsh to customers in the area, and that is not fitting.
File a complaint with HR. You enjoy 99 other techs out there that respect you and treat you nice, surely ethnic group will know you have a discouraging egg on your hands.
