Basically, they ask about 4-5 question and each applicant give their answer. Then they tell you their expectations, and they have us go pick out any nature of merchandise from the store and we had to put on the market it to them (it was two family interviewing us). After that was over near, they called us out individually to explain to us if we were going any further or not. I get set up for a second interview with a proprietor in the Junior Department. I have that this past Tuesday and they offered me the mission. So good luck!!
