My Manager?

My manager is other yelling and unfolding me off. I other do what I have to do at work because I am a unmarked employee. I started 3 months ago. He would ask me to lift inventory of all the department supplies we needed and when I completed I gave him the inventory so that he can review it. Weeks later he will come to me and ask me if I can lift inventory again because he never ordered the items that I placed on the sheet. In my mind, im like he is wasting my time. I hold other important things I enjoy to do at work.
Im really afraid that I am going to get fired. What should I do?

You shouldn't be afraid of getting fired from a situation you don't like, they should be afraid of losing you. The sooner you draw from out of that corrosive work environment, the better. Talent is too scarce for managers to treat their organization that way - it's time for you to find a available job where you're appreciated.

First you should always remain relaxing. Don't get angry or you will say-so something that will get you fired. The subsequent time he yells at you, simply ask him, calmly and politely, what you did to spawn him yell at you. Also, when you get hired were you given a guide or something like that? You should look into it and find out what your exact assignment description is, maybe inventory is cut of it. If it is not, then describe him that you feel approaching you are singled out to do inventory every time. REMEMBER: use "I statements" (I feel resembling... or I am...) DON'T use "you statements" (you make me... or you other...)
If you really love your job and don't want to confer on, then digit out a way to buy and sell with the misery. My proposal is to be proactive and give him smaller quantity reasons to howl at you (even though you didn't deserve the drama in the first place). If you know that he's going to ask you to do inventory because he forgets to directive the supplies, just construct a copy of the first list you give him and then hand over it to him again when he asks. Prioritize your projects and tell him that you want to get something out because a deadline is coming up and that you'll buy and sell with his [petty] requests when you own the time. Be professional, but don't let him stride all over you. Just because he's your boss doesn't supply him the right to yell at you close to that. I would also talk to your HR creature about the yell since that doesn't sound appropriate.

Jerica, there is a work from home program that you can work from home beside your computer. But, ha ha theres always that but. Anyways it is call medical coding and it requires 4 months of studing medical termanology. It is a lot eaisier than it sounds.
