What make me more sad is that I enjoy a very angelic position in this company and I am not sure whether I'll know how to find a job which pays superior or offers impossible to tell apart benefits. What shall I do? I have fixed time to look for another job. I can't afford to be out of work and claiming benefit for even a week. Shall i wait for a better-paying commission or shall I take the first submission so I can immediately verbs right after my present company closes? Please advise?

Here is something you may want to plan for now. With top dimple schools approaching Stanford, it is very competitive to be official at the school. Straight A grades isn't plenty to cut it anymore. The schools want to see a resourcefully rounded education and duration outside of school. Not just will they want top grades, they will want to see what you do with yourself outside of the classroom near extra curricular activities. Participate surrounded by school sports, assist in conservatory clubs, and especially important, contribute in charitable cause. This was told to me by a friend, who both her and her husband are Stanford alumni, and her father be a professor at Stanford. Even with their "legacy", anyone alumni, their daughters are not guaranteed acceptance into the arts school without considering their grades and their extra curricular events.
We'll boil this down into a simple checklist:
(1) Do as well as you can within school and take good grades.
(2) Stay out of trouble next to the law.

I think it's soooo great that you want a position to earn money! So many society your age post a similar question and afterwards say "but I don't want a situation... how can I earn some fast money?"
It may be because you are merely 15 that most places are turning you away - in abundant places, they want you to be at least 16. It could also be that you don't hold any work experience (I'm guessing!). Eventually you'll find someone willing to provide you that experience!
Have you tried your local pub or restaurant? Glass collectors and washing up citizens are often beneath 16.

(Think carefully and be honest next to yourself!) I find the best way is to put your foot in (with some CVs within your hand, arranged to hand out) beside your head up, look the assistant straight surrounded by the eye, SMILE, and say "do you enjoy any vacancies at the moment?" First impressions mean everything.
Also, do NOT nick anyone in beside you (i.e. a friend or parent) - it will make you look resembling you don't have any guts. Get your mate to dally outside and walk contained by by yourself - you will appear far more confident this way.

So, build sure that you do not contradict anything on your resume ;), but if you lied on your resume you will be in trouble - that is to say the trouble with lying, one does not know what one said the ending time.

Same questions they'd ask surrounded by person. Why do you want to work here. What are your strengths and weakness. Describe a difficult situation that you dealt beside successfully. Where do you see yourself in 5 years, surrounded by 10 years. As well as basically any information about your credentials and work history to be exact not contained in your resume/application. To the extent that they reasonably can, they will try to explore any factors within your life that might maintain you from showing up to work on a regular basis.
Just preserve in mind that any employer is looking for ethnic group who are going to be low maintenance, competent body who are going to keep them from have to go through the interview process again anytime soon.

First agree to me know what is your profession ? Generally you have to hold on to punctual in cell phone interview. Be patient and hear the ask clearly and answer with right command of English.
if you don't know the answer tell him that I am not familier next to the answer. Generally they will ask you about your helpful qualifications and when you completed and how much grades you obtained surrounded by your final year exam etc.
For Professional the interviewer will ask about the previous work experience. Be polite, and answer the grill in a confidence mode.
First you prepare the details within paper, that will minister to you in your interview.
