I work for a company with 100 workers, I'm part of the admin in the medium department. 7 months ago they hired this guy and he is the son in directive of the owner. He is not really doing anything in the company except going around and complaining roughly the things that are wrong. I wasnt feeling too discouraging about it since everybody else be in duplicate situation, but then he started to threaten me to fire me lacking a real principle. For exemple we printed a catalog and he didnt like one picture and told me that the owner of the place will definitely fire me if he sees that picture. At duplicate time this guy told me the company wasnt going to pay for any extra printing charge. Guess what happened: I salaried for the reprinting of the whole commission out of my pocket. Another exemple: I'm from England working legally here next to a visa and 2 days ago this guy made up a story about the company decide on me either to fire me or not. He also showed me a resume somebody sent surrounded by. HELP!
