I worked at a day keeping and recently be fired. The reason I be given was due to complaints from a parent and their child going away the daycare. There was a confident teacher who have said things regarding me abundant times before and I have brought this to my supervisor. The day these parents removed their kid duplicate teacher have been chitchat to them about me. She have accused me of not taking proper diligence of the children and basically not doing my brief. I have never received a single refusal review and the director had even talk to me about becoming the assistant director. I am in a minute sitting without a post and the reason for human being let budge will for sure keep me from getting other job with kids. Lastly, remember that you don't HAVE to index this employer if you don't want to. Stating that you worked in a afternoon care may be plenty. WHen asked for references, you can glibly produce them on y our own.
They should have have a formal policy of written and verbal warning and then fired you unless nearby was something surrounded by your contract that stated a comlaint against you will cause you to be dismissed (which i doubt), check your contract of employment it should state surrounded by that what the procedure for dismissal is, if they didnt follow it then yes you hold grounds for a lawsuit

Usually a company have a policy on salary reviews and it usually happen once a year, i would just ask your employer when the subsequent salary review is going to be, later you will have your answer.
