Question:
Im stuck here in Lousy Lansing and, Michigan is more or less going nowhere and my wife and I were out of a job and can't even find jobs for our skills..........thankfulness.

Answer:
The southeast is booming. Phoenix Arizona and Houston Texas are also good choices
i would right to be heard new york... manhattan... or surrounded by california... texas is good... i rememebr seein on the report that texas' average hourly wage was $17 or $18... when the national average is just about $7...
Head out west. I have a brother who face unemployment here hard by your region and he just couldn't go and get a job here. No one be hiring. So he said screw it, left town and head to vegas. A month later, he nows have a job and is sour the street. Would that happen here? No, for he face a whole year of job loss due to the poor job flea market here.

More advice is bring into a certified job, similar to truck driving or nurse's aid. There is a extreme shortage and with these certificate, people will be looking for you, not the other agency around. The advantage is the training time is short, cost remarkably little compared to an actual degree and job of it are in big constraint.

When a bright hand is trying to be official into a unknown livelihood, why is it so rugged to do?

Question:
Occupational socialization is the way co-workers any "make or break" an hand so that the new member of staff can't work, or can't perform their work the course they were skilled in arts school. Why does the administration of a workplace tolerate that caring of attitude on the part of their "pets"? What can be done to prevent it from occurring in the first place?

Answer:
ok this is freshly my opinion...but surrounded by a word INSECURITY... people who are not in safe hands in their own ability and or positions are terrified of man shown as what they are...or perceive themselves to be as incompetant... and as with most things current...there is an extra scope of excitement and motivation from the new member of staff which makes existing ones look even worse within terms of assertiveness and getting things done timely and correctly...administration and supervisors tolerate this i believe for the same apology...their "pets" will not be the ones dropping them in the grease and the pets will fund up the admins because everybody stays employed this way...and contained by a twisted way joyous in the collateral of their position...politics in the work place is a unsatisfactory reality that i believe should be address more if not within the workplace maybe at equal time training in schooling is qualified...as to the hows and the whys and what can be done to make any adjustment easier...how as a unknown employee can i turn in and be excited something like my new living without making someone else surface threatened... i allways like to see at first it is pretty easy to spot the queen bee and her drones....it is a sombre thing but u must get the queen an ally personally i do detest games...but lamentably when u deal beside insecurity and ignorance u atleast have to know the vital strategies for the game..and be prepared, but if u can somehow spawn an ally of the queen the others will be forced to fall surrounded by line or risk the wrath of the queen herself..if u own a ? ask the queen this feeds her superiority complex and u hold also let her know u are not bucking for her "position" even if u know that every single persoon is an idiot minus a clue...if u want to work in peace until u hold time to adjust and move up or make change...unfortunately u hold to play your part...not the bottom kissing entry just be smart and aware of the toes u may be stepping upon
Well, it isn't other hard to do, and in that are issues on both sides. On the part of the current employee, it is incumbent to enjoy an open mind and be feeling like to learn and hold your attention a lot of info speedily. Taking notes, asking question and remembering the answers, and not getting immediately involved surrounded by office sneak are all meaningful considerations.

From the employer's side, the attitude of management make a difference in how clean employees are perceived. If command treates these folks as valuable assets, everyone else will, too. Providing all right training and orientation programs, giving manager a comprehensive onboarding program and some tools for facilitating troop development beside the new troop member(s) will assist in making this a smoother transition.

I want to become a pilot how do i do this?

Question:
when i get elder i would like to become an airline pilot for approaching southwest jetblue etc. how do i do this can you please guid me through step by step through what i hope i will be doing

thanks mike

Answer:
HOW TO BECOME AN AIRLINE PILOT (civilian track):

1. Get a point. You do not need a scope in aviation, but have a degree surrounded by any subject is a requirement to getting hired on at a major airline. The regionals aren't so picky. Many reason they must have an aviation level to have an slither but when or if you are ever furloughed during your career an aviation point is useless.

2. Get your pilot certificates and ratings via a flying club or academy at the local airport, a university aviation program. A newly certificated commercial pilot near instrument and multi-engine ratings usually has roughly speaking 250 hours. This is not enough for the airlines*. (See note* at bottom) There are also programs close to the ATP Career Track that get you certified later have you instruct for them and promise a preferred airline interview (At a cost of give or take a few $39K, which is the low end that you should expect to settle to get your license & ratings. Other schools are upwards of $80K).

3. Build up flight experience until roughly 1,000 flight hours. Most regional airlines require pilots to have at smallest 1,000 hours of flight time, with 100 of that anyone in multi-engine aircraft and a Commercial/Multi/Instrument licence. (An Airline Transport Pilot certificate is not required until you produce captain.) Common time building job are: banner towing, skydive pilot, pipeline patrol, traffic examine or flight instruction (with the additional Certified Flight Instructor rating)

4. Upon reaching the trickery 1,000 hours begin applying! Hopefully you will acquire hired. Learn to live on a budget as regional airline pay is not thoroughly good. After building up roughly speaking 2,000-3,000 hours and "paying your dues" at a regional you then qualify for a livelihood with a principal carrier.

5. Begin applying adjectives over again to Southwest, JetBlue.....

* There are some airline academy programs (Delta Connection Academy, Mesa Airlines Pilot Development, Flight Safety among others) that offer a "hasty entry" scheme into the right form of a regional airline. They are very costly and do not guarantee a opening, but an interview only. If you surpass their program and the airline interview, you could very economically be hired as a First Officer at 300-400 hours. Some are very pro this method while others within the industry are not as they feel it's "buying a job". Some academy grads will facade discrimination during their profession because of this.

Regretting a mistake I own made?

Question:
Recently, I turned down a job hold out that meant more money (25-30%) and a promotion. I turned it down incompletely because it sounded like more hours (I own small kids) and I already have a worthy job. I have a handle on all this, however, it is drinking me inside and am regretting it. The company has moved on and hired someone else. I perceive like I may not gain another such opportunity. How do you get over something similar to this?

Answer:
With so many general public out of work you have to be indebted that you have a steady and stable employment and make plenty money to support your family. If that be a decision you made after you should be confident about your judgment and do not second guess yourself... what's done is done ... if you think you can bring something better then look around and see what is out in attendance ...

Good LucK!
You picked family over business - hurray for you - the children are merely young once.

There are so abundant opportunities - and population who persevere trademark their own opportunities.

Of course you will regret it - but when you're making dinner @ 5 instead of working overdue, look at your little ones and you will know you made the best choice - a fatter wallet doesn't raise those kiddies - you do.
and you a short time ago keep asking this?? why??
you should own taken the job and didn't. That's that.. why do you save asking here? time will heal everything
nil is as forgiving as time itself.
look forget the past..u can't shift it...ur kids are important too...look at adjectives...u will find a better job...maintain looking...nothing is impossible...if u keep hold of thinking about former u will never seek adjectives...and if u keep doing that u will lose even a better profession which may be coming ur way...believe contained by urself...believe in god....everything happen for a reason....
TIME HEALS ALL! PERSONALLY I THINK U MAY HAVE MADE A GOOD DECISION..U PUT UR FAMILY FIRST! DO U KNOW HOW MANY WORKN MOMS ARE OUT THERE NOT DOING THAT,N THE KIDS SUFFER FROM IT LATER. BE CONTENT, AND KNOW GOD NEVER CLOSES A DOOR WITHOUT OPENING ANOTHER ONE! BE PATIENT AND BE BLESSED!
I have this same issue, and the answer is easy. Ask your kids whats more substantial to them more money or less time next to you. The answer is easy of late look at them and wonder what you will now NOT miss....Good choice
oh the things i should've done.
a moment ago make up for it by DOING the subsequent thing you should've done?
Well if it be recently, afterwards go inquire just about it again? Maybe they still have the position start on. You won't know till you try.
But if position is taken, don't worry. Go wish for other positions, usually an agency will help you near that.
Good Luck.
Realizing the fact that you enjoy small children, THEY are your most important "asset". The time you spend next to them will pay HUGE dividends far beyond the $$ you will earn. Keep within mind that no person on their destruction bed ever wishes for more money, they all craving they had more time next to their families.

As frustrating as children can be, they will sometime rise up and call you blessed. KEEP YOUR FAMILY FIRST.

I get a rejection dispatch for a duty I applied for. I replied asking why? Is it rude?

Question:

Answer:
Its not rude, but most likely you will not find a response.
no.. you deserve the right to know
Depends on the tone of your letter.

For example:

Thank you for taking the time to interview me. Although I didn't find the position, I would really appreciate any insight that you can give me which would better prepare me to be an member of staff in the adjectives.

Compared to:

I see you didn't want me for the job. Can you report to me why?

Which one is more likely to be responded to?
usually surrounded by the rejection letter, they will state the sense...normally that your qualitification do not fit their work description or something of the sort....if they stated nothing, yeah, you deserve the right to know, but hope you worded it politely.
I would suggest you move-on.
no thats not rude..u hold the right to know why...so next time u can develop
No. It's not rude. If they replied to you with an "automatic" epistle, you have the right to hold a better answer for the reasons of the decline. I chew over everyone should do that in this situation because we increase within the issues that the companies point at us and the companies show us what they are really looking for.
Nope. Employers respect that. My mom worked in the HR department for the IRS for twenty years and she said that one out of every 300+ inhabitants would send her one of these correspondence. She would then grant their application a second look and either make another study of them for a different position or at the very lowest possible send a constructive critism response.

It shows intiative. Just be polite and professional within your letter.
Usually the missive states, such as sorry to informed you but we have chock-a-block the position, but if not stated, it usually scheme they definitely found someone already.
But it's ok that you asked. They of late don't detail it because it would be rude to say you don't qualify for the position, etc.
It depends on how you replied. I interview candidate for my company and routinely get emails asking for feedback from candidate to whom we declined offer. When the question is framed surrounded by the context of obtaining feedback for adjectives development, later it actually appears to be a evolve way of seeking constructive criticism. In other words, asking for feedback on how you can raise for future interviews is a biddable way of getting the information you have need of without mortal too blunt or appearing rude.
I don't think it is rude. It could even facilitate.
not at all. so long as it be respectfully written, and sincerely solicited input and advice on how to prepare for adjectives interviews. i personally would be self-conscious with asking "why didn't you hire me!?" but i would speak that i am still interested in the area and/or position, and that i am looking for advice on how to raise my interviewing skills and/or marketability.
Kind of presumptious. I know in sale, they teach salesmen to treat "no" as an first night to a relationship, equal to yes.

But in the HR world, no technique move-on. It could be you might fit another job inside the same company, or they are hiring in. Whatever their reasoning, you don't have any personal nouns to them thus they really don't owe you an explanation. The only exception is if you be approached and asked to apply for the position.

Good luck with the subsequent application...

Can anyone recount me how to type briskly? what practice do i hold to do?

Question:
i need to own an average of 40 wpm...ill lurk for your answer...

Answer:
dont look at the keyboard merely the screen. swot up where adjectives the keys are... it is really jammy once you get the suspend of it ... just keep hold of practicing.

dont stop for mispelled words you can go pay for and correct it later.

another tip - when you are typing something that is to say already written in front of you read the full word and type dont look at the letters.

angelic luck
There are typing programs that you can purchase - Mavis Beacon is one of the better ones.

The best way to practice is to start beside the home row - and keep on if until you enjoy perfectly mastered it - and afterwards add the other key - don't try to learn them adjectives at one time.

BTW, I took one typing class in 11th class, and managed, after 10 weeks, to receive 35 wpm - however, I now type over 120 wpm. playing piano help.
take a typing class or buy some software that teach you. Its out there, and it is cheap. Practice and practice, it will cause a difference. I type 35 wpm on a good daytime and I have be doing it for 30 years.
average is around 50 wpm for most office personnel. You own to practice and practice. Remember its spelling and speed..
I found that going to business school help me type more quickly. All those 10 to 15 page papers to write every semester made it a necessity. And going to graduate college helped me type even faster - relocate all those papers 20 to 30 page each, but do that on the side because you work 40 hours a week. So I guess my answer is that necessity seem to work well.
you own to do it without looking at your hand. It takes practice to seize the numbers but it comes. remember, no looking.
Practice, practice, practice...without looking. Get a 10th category typing book.
from the 70's....wait fitting practice wrong keyboard...you'll find something....
Practice.

What help me was typing emails, my thoughts within MS word, working on accuracy first, later speed.

What are the years of university needed to become a us politician?

Question:

Answer:
None! Our system is proof you can be dumb as a brick.
you aren't really REQUIRED to have any specific lessons to be a politician...you just enjoy to convince voters that you are worthy and capable of serving the country.

most earth-shattering politicians at least own four year degrees within law, political science, etc. however, at the local rank it is not necessarily expected.
zero

you don't even enjoy to be a high institution grad.
No education required. But you could let somebody know that anyway.
Most of the politicians in Washington hold at least a four year point in some specialty. Many enjoy "honorary degrees" from major university. One needs to know that a politician doesn't in actual fact need training, but in college is where on earth one gets the network skills that would help one obtain elected.
