Not dumb ask at all. I suggest that you look for an entry-level position surrounded by a large company. That will grant you the chance to see what job are out there, to produce your ambition known and to work your course up. Employers do put a premium on education, but near are still lots of jobs that are call entry-level for a reason. What is your talent? Do you want a almanac job? Or woudl you fairly work as a receptionist somehwere? As long as the company is fairly considerable, and you prove yourself to be a good worker, they'll prefer to promote society from the inside.
