Have you written documentation stating that you own requested a contract? If you have next keep this. In regard to holidays are there arrangements so you know how plentiful you get etc? hey fuschia.. be like me - I'm a research fellow... or any description of research post in a uni - close to being a glorified student - adjectives the perks, but a gross attached - not the best salary contained by the world but the lifestyle more than compensates! i work from home on the days i dont want to go within, and on the days i do go contained by there;s no set time. as long as u procure your done thats all that matter. i wouldnt exactly say its stress-free, but the perk certainly outweigh the negative. working from home for me means, my home, my dads (500 miles away) or my sisters (70 miles away). keeping my own hours medium that i can work whenever i want to. you do have to be really disciplned contained by ensuring it get done. but i work better in spurts fairly than plodding along, so i'll do some intense work and then laze more or less for a few days. lecturing is frozen work (usually part of the job) but not unmanageable. the eccentric international conf is a bonus too!
