No, unless it's specifically noted in the hand manual you received upon human being hired.

Vacation time is an accrued incentive that belongs to the hand at the end of EVERY foot period. You may chose not to be granted break time in lieu of sick time, it's your choice.

However, if you are given sick time, let's vote 5 days in a year, and you embezzle more, you will either enjoy a smaller paycheck or need to dip into your time off time to fill out the paycheck. If you hold a written policy that allows for X days of sick time and no more without anyone disciplined, TAKE THE VACATION TIME.

Your boss may be doing you a huge favor, have a cooperate with them. Your supervisor, your HR creature, who ever, and see what the deal is in need getting upset. They may just be helping you save your job.

Good luck

Yes, if you own already used up your sick days.
It depends on the conditions in your contract or lingo of employment and the nature of the disorder. Employers can't be expected to pay for you and your replacement for every minor cold that you find a doctor's note for lacking some give back, i.e. the vacation days, but if this is spelled out contained by your contract then you should carry them. Some companies have x number of rewarded sick days and then x number of unpaid sick days if you stir beyond the alloted paid days. If your virus is serious, like missing a month for fund surgery or something then you may qualify for the Family + Medical Leave Act but consequently you will likely own to give up your break days first anyway but you won't be fired.
Laws vary from state to state within regards to simply have a doctors note, but within are certain exceptions provided by the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Question:

Answer:
Sure a boss can insist. That doesn't mean you enjoy to make it so that it taste good though LOL

My impression would be to switch to decaf without him knowing for a few weeks, and afterwards go to super strong caffeinated sooner or later to really knock his socks off!
IMO, most potential yes. You are being compensated and while at work your time is not your own. Is it fair? No. Do you hold grounds to complain? Yes. But can he do it, of course. Depends like mad though on the type of job and your opportunity description. But the most successful employess will be the ones who not only complete their assigned workload, but who donate value to their position by expanding their role at the office- even if it is the simple work of making coffee. Why not go a step further and bring contained by a box of doughnuts? Going above and beyond will make you stand out.
Maybe. It depends you know.
Yes, making coffee is not that tricky and makes you look resembling a team player.

Everyone at some time have had to do things they thought be beneath them while they were climbing the job ladder.
Of course. He/she is your boss. Unless you hold a contract that specifies otherwise, it is not an unreasonable or immoral request. When someone pays you for your time you largely are obligated to do what that person asks unless it is completely out of row, immoral or unjust. I have no impression what your position is, but if you feel demeaned by the request you hold two options. 1) Get over it or 2) quit.
He can, he's the boss, but honestly he / she shouldn't.

It's any a power trip or their trying to provide for the office, but contained by the end they're the boss and inside reason, what they vote goes.

What is a good/fun opening that I can go and get short going to college?

Question:
I am graduating from elevated school subsequent month and my mom says I call for to get a living. I am not going to college. What are some good job I can get?

I am into photography, child guardianship, and animals....

Answer:
babysitter.
Go to work on a cruise ship, you can see the world and make dutiful money, but it is hard work.
It is going to be tremendously hard for you. Most childcare places will NOT clutch people lacking a minimum of an associates. Retail jobs can be done beside usually a HS diploma, but other then that, you are amazingly limited surrounded by this economy. Auto Tech job will also train the right person even if you own no College Degree.

I suggest SERIOUSLY that you look into going to Community College.
Burgerflipper...

Chyeah, that's it.
You should probably reconsider not going to college. In this fast advancing society it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a appropriate job lacking a degree. Employers are becoming more savvy to their wishes and many aren't hiring receptionists unless they own a minimum of an Associate's.

If you're shy, work on it. If you're blowing interviews, do mock interviews with friends and home to find out why you're blowing it. Don't blow off your karma at success by not going to college.

Which craft make the most money an hour?

Question:
1. Dental Hygenist
2. LVN
3. Massage Therapist

Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Answer:
3. Massage Therapist.

Of the three you nominated, Massage Therapist, was the lone one where you could be your own boss and successful.

You could build your client underside and that would increase your income.

A dental hygienist could make $100 a daytime, A massage consultant $100 for two hours.
dental hygenist..
Massage therapists engineer on average $50-150 per hour depending on state. BUT that doesnt mean that they will own customers EVERY hour! It's by appointment only. LVN's brand good money and they are salaried hourly as are dental hygenists which make in the order of the same as an LVN. Dental hygenists formulate 40-50k per year which is pretty good! Depends on whether or not you approaching teeth or you want to be a nurse.
This is just a guess from knowing inhabitants who work in the job you listed; I deliberate Dental Hygienist generally receive more than the other two.
Dental hygienists aren't paid by the hour, they work by net.

I don't know for sure if LVN is salary or hourly wage

Massage psychiatric therapist would depend on your medium of work. If you work solo or for a company, if you work for a company a portion of you're revenue go to them.

If you're gonna break down a salary into hours worked and wages earn by hour i would say Dental hygienist one and only because it is the most specialized practice and you would probly work the most hours.
4. None of the above.

The answer is a politician. The benefits even after retirement are as much as they were while you be in bureau and your spouse gets full benefits after you die until the spouse dies.
I'm a work therapist and I spawn 45 - 60 every hour I work plus tips. I do anywhere between 2 and 6 hours a work per day. I'm not sure almost the other jobs.

P.S. That is simply my commision. I would make more if I did my own point like out call.

Team or No Team environment?

Question:
I often found out troop work enviornment caused problems resembling jealousy, comparison. Some co-workers may slack past its sell-by date and some may just know how to kiss up to obtain recognized. What do you perfer within a working environment?

Answer:
Individuality baby!

Teams don't win promotions...individuals do...
In a team environment in that needs to be a couple of things.

1. A troop has a person in charge, the captain is responsible for the team productivity and morale.
2. A team must be/feel empower. If the team have a member that's not pulling their bulk, and wants them out, they're out.

Team dynamics are ever varying, so a good supervisor will monitor and coach/mentor a troop while they're in flux. When they're large performing, you back rotten and let them do their entry, when they're conflicted, you step in and suggest alternatives, but agree to them make the right result...

I try to develop a sense of team surrounded by my business, as it pertains to my production employees. It give them some camaraderie and helps hang on to their morale high. A squad with soaring morale and good camaraderie will carry out very in good health.

Are in that any job that will hire you if you are below the age of 14?

Question:

Answer:
You might find this to be a dirty job but you can start your own business, Poo Pick-up... my friend knock on doors of people contained by his community that have dogs and offered his services...he go twice a week to about 20 yard, charges $20 a week, $400 tax free a week is fully clad cash for solitary working 20 hours.
Start up cost is minimal...pooper scooper, a bucket and trash bags...the solitary down side is the disposing of the poo.
I have 2 dogs, I would merrily pay $20 a week to not own to do it myself.
It is illegal to hire you. I believe you own to be 15 to get a workers travel document in most states. check your state law.
Depending on where you are, near child labor laws, I doubt it...
Good luck b/c as far as i know you cant work anywhere untill your at tiniest 15 or 16 maybe 14 at the smallest but you need a workers charter and good luck finding a employment at 14 ive tried when i was that age nobody desires that young of a entity working for them .
why yes. babysitting and dog walking
You can mow lawns, walk dogs, babysit or hold a paper route. You can bathe windows and do adjectives sorts of gardening stuff. There are lots of things if you are enterprising enough.
The other posters are correct. Child labor law would prevent most companies from hiring someone under 14. There are other possibilities. If you are surrounded by the right area and enjoy parental support, there is acting and modeling. Do you hold access to a lawn mower and other sward tools? Maybe a neighbor needs his grass cut. Snow shoveling. Babysitting. Washing window. Pulling weeds.

Just remember: if someone is paying you to do work, they own the right to expect the work to be done to THEIR standards. Sometimes, those standards are pretty high.
i dont construe its legal but hell look at the olsen twins...weren't they approaching 3 yrs old! haha
Not any job that are legitimate. The allowed age for minors to be employed in the U.S. is 16 beside a permit from arts school.

What is a upright profession or work to own where on earth tattoos are most standard?

Question:

Answer:
Hair dresser, truck driver, taxi driver, waitress, block manager, bartender, mechanic, rock event planner, construction, nurse , photographer, artist

In the other mitt, a long sleeve shirt can solve your problems . No one has to know you hold them and you don't have to choose your profession base on tattoos.
Tattoo artist!
as long as they are tasteful, not too big and can be covered easily. any profession would be possible
Tattoo artist.
Harley repair shops
Tatoo parlors
Bordellos
Goth clubs
Bars
sounds resembling you're seeing the downside of getting tatoos. too late, bring back em scraped off.
Tattoo artist? Body piercer? Musician? That's just about it. Should have thought in the order of that first!
Priest
Circus or motorcycle mechanic.
well it depends on your boss pretty much and be the tattoo would be located or tattoos but were i work doesnt really situation i have a co worker that plans on getting a sleve but it adjectives depends pretty much usually the jobs be you deal next to people frown on tatoos but job were your not around customers those places could comfort less
Ha, I know this would come up a lot.

Unfortunately, perceptible tats are not necessarily acceptable surrounded by high paying professions. You may be relegated to production and plant management as a top out job plan, some place out of the public eye if you get what I'm clich¨¦.

Although Tattoos are becoming more and more prevalent, they are no less icon of a not so high nouns class. The first thing that comes to mind when you mention tattoo, even contained by this day and age, is drunken sailors and prison inmates. Art is not what most ethnic group consider tattoo's to be...not yet at any rate.

My sister surrounded by law is a tattoo artist. She's a true artist, travels between several salons/parlors and applies her trade. While she loves her work, she admit that there are still stumbling blocks within society that will take frequent more years to overcome.

Good luck in the work hunt.
I really think that it depends on your tattoo and where on earth it is located. There is a bid difference between a tiny tattoo and being sleeved past its sell-by date.

I have several tattoos and hold had copious different job types ( I take bored easily). I've worked at a radio station doing promotions, I have worked at phone up centers in business attire, I enjoy worked as an apprentice at a tattoo shop, I have worked at Coyote Ugly, Vet clinics, and Sea World as an animal trainer (very public position). It adjectives depends. Tattoos are becoming more tolerated as time goes on. Also you can try using Dermabend makeup to cover your tattoos if they are not permitted. It is the "spackle" of makeup and can cover even the biggest tattoos. Hope this helps!
I ruminate it will depend more on each business more than the profession. I work next to very high-level insurance cases, and while my tattoo isn't perceptible, my co-workers don't mind.
