Should I still wear a suit to the 2nd interview (who is with someone difficult up)? Should I still wear a white shirt and just adjustment my tie?

Since your second interview is with someone who is giant in the cuff of command, it's a way of showing your professionalism and respect to their position, and it will sort you stand out positively against others.
They say its better to be over dressed for a career interview than too casual.
If the suit be way too over the top (such as everyone else be in jeans and nouns shirts), I'd wear the dress slacks and shirt, tie and ditch the jacket. It'd be dressy enough.
If you are getting a second interview you pretty much get the job unless you totally blow this one. Just shift in confident that you are what the company is looking for!

Depends on what caring of job you are mortal interviewed for but I'd just wear some khakis and a nice button down shirt.. doesnt own to be white... just a nice one...
I would still wear the suit. You could jump with a colored shirt, if you own one, and matching tie.
If you are interviewing beside someone higher up the corporate stepladder, you should wear a suit regardless of the work environment dress.
Wear a colored shirt to give you a more unflappable feel but don't ditch the suit.
