Yes it is dysfunctional.
One person have absolute power. When folks go over her guide, they are fired. When people turn to HR, HR informs her supervisor, who in turn informs her, and they are fired.
Additionally, several knob staff have resigned, including the boss of HR, some even sending letters of fustration to every supervisor, director and CEO. It seem our centre is not the merely one going through this, it seems to trickle upwards to the director of the west.
I tried to set off last month but didn't slip away the final interview. Lately, it's a toss up because with adjectives the resignations and firings, there are dutiful oportunities. I only verbs that one day, I will be yell at, written up, or have my wages reduced for no reason too.
