I absolutely despised junior high and big school.
I LOVED studying when I be in University. Once I get past adjectives the "grunt" courses that everyone has to steal and got into classes that deal with my central, I had a total blast. It be so incredibly interesting. I never did enjoy taking exams but I appear to own lived through them. In my Junior and Senior years of University, I was pretty much competent to choose the subject and direction of my research papers after an initial OK from the Prof.
We had plentifully of reading, but since it was contained by a field of study that I be fascinated with, it wasn't too unpromising. Just remember that although you can have greatly of fun at University, the main intention you're there is to get hold of your degree.

There are HR leaders who own consistently led HR surrounded by their organizations away from the "monotonous" part of the pack of the job.
