I'm a recruiter in the IT industry and I do some work for Microsoft as okay as other clients, but I don't work for an agency (I'm a headhunter) so don't go getting excited here ...
First of adjectives, Microsoft in fastidious does not recruit externally for the gaping majority of their positions. They tend to recruit former students and other lower level citizens and then newly promote from within.
For another client that I work for (major software vendor) we do use agencies but we use loads ... they are adjectives so specialist ... we have a couple that we use simply for sales positions, a couple that we use for architect positions, etc etc etc. Because they're so specialist, these are mostly used for hugely senior positions.
You'll find many clear positions advertised on Monster, and near are also specialist job boards such as itsalesjobs.com. It's worth putting your CV on Monster and joining Linked In, because a great deal of recruitment surrounded by this industry is done through headhunting.
If you're dead set on working for one of those companies, the best direction I could give you is to apply directly to the companies themselves. They adjectives advertise adjectives vacancies which are open externally on their websites. I wouldn't push for you to bother sending in a prospective application if near are no suitable open vacancies - you won't achieve any joy out of this route.
