I live in a condo and yesterday, I over hear one of the janitorial workers asking his manager if he can be in motion to the bank (around 2 pm surrounded by the afternoon) because it closes at 4 and he wanted to step before it closes. His governor started yelling at him and said no, your shift ends at 6 pm, you can't give up your job whenever you want. Your life revolves around work hours, not your own personal hours. Well, we don't know if this member of staff is constantly asking for time off work or to give notice to do personal things. It's never right to yell at an member of staff, especially where customers can hear. I would enjoy to know the whole situation, but I would utter that the manager have no right to yell and it be done very unprofessional if you could hear it too.

While it is true that an member of staff are required to be present at work during his work hours, given no urgent work, organization usually lets workers do personal tasks if it is brief and not constant.

Am I one discriminated against at work?

I have worked for my employer 2 yrs. I own seen others who are newer than me, smaller number qualified as me move up. I have see them get raise. I have see them become supervisors while i am not. My supervisor told my friend the reason the commissioner is not talking to her is because she is friends near me. I beleive she is mad because i wrote a document to the owner about how her boyfriend, who have always worked night. is now working days, my shifts and my shifts hang on to getting worse and worse. They accomodate their schedule as a couple since they r together very soon. I dont know what to do. I am going back to conservatory soon, and want to stay round, its easy work flawless pay. but i bring back so mad at work, and quality like im mortal constantly talked almost. I just want to budge to school and move up from this position now. and conceivably work there while it happen. but if it continues who knows what sick do. Is there any permitted course i can take, or any well brought-up advice?

i doubt this is a deal breaker slump but it could possibly make them re-evaluate their choice if there are other qualified candidate for this position. i think i would only tell him that for personal reason you decided friday would be your second day instead of giving consideration but that you left on well brought-up terms. it wouldn't be another not tell the truth and would be a logical explanation. whether it will be acceptable to the hot employer will certainly be up to them as an appropriate spontaneous effect to this circumstance is very subjective. i wouldn't put an end to the meeting though because you don't know what will come about yet. surrounded by the future, remember honesty is better than have to cover up a lie subsequent.
