My wife and I enjoy worked together for 22 years in our own business. It's similar to anything else. It has it's biddable and bad points. Good, You grasp to spend a lot of time together. Bad, You go and get to spend a lot of time together :^).
My in a minute husband and I both worked for the same company when we met. In the formation it was no problem but as it grew more serious other folks started to have a problem near it. We hardly ever saw respectively other at work, as he was out of the department most of the time so it actually took fairly awhile before anyone realize we were seeing respectively other. If it weren't for running into people outside of work on weekends and such I don't estimate they would have have any idea. However once it did grasp around it was a problem, for others not us. I dream up if two people can do their job effectively and don't let their personal duration intrude in their business energy there is zilch wrong with it.

Hi. I am an Employee for the state of Illinois Department of Corrections. At the facility I work contained by, there are oodles couples. Some are married some are not. I have see both sides. I have see people capture fired for something that happened out side of work but followed the party in and I own also seen married couples work together only fine. As an example of the latter, there is a married couple who work on the 3rd shift. They don't work contained by the same nouns but, they ride to work together, have their breaks together, etc... Their work other gets done short any problems. I personally hold a "no date" policy when it comes to co-workers because I have also see the dark side of "organization relationships." However, if the 2 parties involved can seperate their personal lives from their work, I utter go for it.
You know what cribs me? Toddler bed.
It's okay but not advisable because sometimes when couples quarrel or hold personal differences, it will surely affect their work especially if they belong to the same department or working on impossible to tell apart project. Work ethics also are sometimes compromised.

While it does appear like a flawless idea, it ultimately isn't. I utter this because I have tried it and it be not at all how I thought it would be . A huge portion of what makes relationships work is that you are not other together. What keeps a relationship interesting is the stories we own to tell respectively other when we get together. If we live, work, sleep, and drink together, then we enjoy nothing to articulate to each other. Can you suppose how boring things would be? Not to mention arguments. Do you think you would know how to separate work related issues from those at home? Do you see where I'm going next to this? It's really going to take some challenge. However, those who can make it work, more power to them!
Me and my husband met at our collective. We worked in duplicate cubicle after we got married. We never brought our home duration into work, and if we had problems at work we discussed it at home. Even if it be about the other. My husband said it be hard for him to own me in the organization because I kept asking questions that I already know. Now if I was someone else, he would still hold a problem with me because I asked question that I knew the answer to, so if I didn't ask so lots questions he wouldn't own minded it. :) As far as me, I loved working with my husband. We be able to share impossible to tell apart vehicle to save gas, we be able to chomp through together and able to do our work seperatly (until I have a question that is)
Now the other folks didn't like it. At first they thought it be cute. Always asking us to kiss or hug on our anniversary, but we were military and PDA is out of the ask. But then after I get an award for my hard work, general public didn't like it. What happen was my supervisor (who wasn't my husband) put me within for an award. He left due to military assignment so it have to be given to the next NCO for the write up. My husband in actuality had to write it because he be the next and solitary NCO who was competent to write the award. So other people thought I get the award because my husband wrote it and not because I deserved it!
So other than that, I presume it is a great thing. If the couple can hold their composures, approaching we did, and kept a professional manner at work and talk about problems at home after they should have no problems. I am out of the organization now due to that I seperated from the military. He say its been plentifully better since im not there, and its great to enjoy a spouse who knows how it is at work and are competent to share... but he still has problems near people asking him question that they know the answers too.

However, if either one of you be controlling, competive, or the others supervisor etc. you could run into some major problems.
I come from a long vein of family owned businesses. I would read aloud if you work for a large company and scarcely ever interact it is acceptable but you are asking for trouble if you enjoy to interact on a daily spring. I have see several marriages train in divorce because of the problems at work. My wife and I hold opposite strengths that would work in good health together, but I will never let us work together.
Work time is very black or white. Either you did it right or didn't you didn't do it right. Either you made money or you lost money.
